Solid and effective content and approach

The program was delivered in a very structured and gradual way- very similar to the process when seeing a PT in person. Video instruction was clear, concise, and well reasoned. I particularly liked the fact that Dr. Peebles has himself been through the back pain mill. This helps lend some credibility to his process. Because I'm a surfer, I also appreciated that Dr. Peebles is a surfer, and that he too wanted to eliminate his back pain so that he could return to surfing. I found the program effective, and particularly appreciated the program's focus on bringing the awarenesses created by the exercises into daily life/exercise/activity. In my case, surfing no longer triggers back and si pain. Deadlifts and kettlebell swings no longer hurt my back; while I was aware of the concept of core bracing for lifting, it wasn't until CBT that I actually began doing it correctly.

Excellent pain management program

Excellent program to help manage pain in back, hips, and hip flexors. The easy-to-follow daily lessons provide modifications/regressions/progressions, and prevent one from getting discouraged. I was impressed by the amount of pain relief I received during the initial one-week trial, so I signed up. I'm very happy with the results, and I am continuing to review and progress through the alumni program.

Took me to the next level to help my pain

This program has helped me more than any other program I’ve attempted to use over the past 10 years since my labrum tear. I did improve with the other programs and things I did. But, this program took me to another level and helped me realize that I didn’t work on my core enough, which is why I was staying stagnant. Just in a month I was able to do 1 leg glute bridge that I never in a million years thought I would get there. Definitely recommend this program. It’s worth it. The support you get , the videos, and if you really do the work, will help you. Thank you Core Balance Training

Great course but ultimately a rip off…

Great course but ultimately a rip off as customers are NOT allowed to view the videos they have paid for after canceling. I understand that by cancelling I forfeit the mentoring features. But to block the videos I have previously viewed and PAID for? One word for that: shady.

Better living... without pain!

At the age of 61, I slowly but surely found myself almost incapable of doing the things I love… working on projects, whether it be painting, staining, or gardening, and especially picking up and playing with my 3 young grandsons, only to find almost everything I did was excruciatingly painful. Just the thought of living 20+ years in that pain was almost as debilitating as the pain itself. I read numerous articles and researched the internet for causes and treatments, of which there was a litany of information. I tried chiropractic care and was eventually told it was a “female issue” most likely something to do with my kidneys. It was about that time that I noticed Core Balance Training frequently showing up on my Facebook feed and decided to do a little research into it. The first thing that struck me is that I wasn’t the only person having this specific pain, but most importantly, there was a way to correct the problem. Ultimately, I signed up because, what the heck, it couldn’t get any worse, right? The first few weeks were actually very frustrating for me because I was hoping for fast results, and I thought the program was moving too slowly. By week 3, I decided to trust the process, realizing that the pain didn’t develop overnight and therefore, wouldn’t disappear overnight. After week 4, I started to notice small improvements and realized the significance of moving at the program’s pace. At the end of the 2nd month, I was definitely feeling the benefits and was I looking forward to the challenges of the daily emails. I have just finished my third month (complete with certificate!) and am back doing so many of the things I love. Am I completely pain-free? No. But I feel I am well on my way! The thought of living 20+ years is no longer daunting, in fact, I look forward to it. And I absolutely love crawling on the flood, picking up, and playing with my 3 grandsons again! Thank you, Dr. Peebles!

Core Balance Training and the Reduction of Pain

Core Balance Training has helped me reduce, and nearly eliminate, my sciatic pain that has been a significant factor in the previous 13 years. I have definitely become more aware of how I use, and how to better use, my body to not only avoid further damage but to minimize the damage already done. The program is definitely worth a try.

36 years old with lower back pain.

Im 36 years old and started to slowly develop lower back pain when I was 34 years old. I have stage 2 spondylolisthesis on my L4 and L5 and early stages of arthritis in my Si joints. I was in a lot of pain and was on the verge of getting back surgery. I started researching a holistic treatment for my back since I really didn’t want surgery at such a young age. I traveled to Mexico for stem cell therapy and PRP. The treatment did help but I was still not 100% and still in pain. Shortly after I discovered CBT. I really liked the program. The daily videos I found very useful. I enjoyed learning new exercises, learning about my condition, how to relieve pain, how to strengthen my core, and how to perfect my form on a day to day basis at work. The way Ryan explains the posterior pelvic tilt should be taught in schools. Overall I recommend this program to anyone. I thought the price was a bit steep but there’s no price I wouldn’t pay to feel better. Hopefully more ppl discover this program and the price can be dramatically reduced.

Dr. Peebles is the real thing. Unbelievable results!

I have severe stenosis, DDD, budging discs and an alphabet soup of back disorders. This program is definitely the best way to heal back problems without injections, medications and surgery. I have been able to get back so much of my life! Dr. Peebles allows you to progress as your body adapts and improves. So amazing!

I use to dread going to bed!

I use to wake up every morning in pain and so stiff it was a struggle to get dressed. Now I can sleep without pain. Although my back is still a little stiff in the morning it’s nothing like it was. Lying on my back was truly painful in or out of bed. Now I’ve learned how to rotate my hips to relieve the pain immediately and use my abs to prevent the back pain during movement. I’m not 100% yet but I’m well on my way in getting there.

Moving with intention and focus on small adjustments

I absolutely loved this program! My sciatica pain has significantly decreased, and while I needed some additional help from an osteopath and bodyworker to re-align my pelvis, this program perfectly complemented that work and helped me maintain the improvements. The daily emails were a fantastic motivator, keeping me consistent even on busy days. I’ve gained a deeper sense of body awareness and developed a much stronger connection to my core. The emphasis on mindfulness was especially valuable. Moving with intention and focus on small adjustments has made such a difference for me.This transformation has been both physical and mental, and I feel confident that the tools and exercises I’ve learned will have a lasting impact as I incorporate them into my daily life. Overall, this program exceeded my expectations, and I’m deeply grateful for the experience!

a small miracle for me

After a small injury at work, this small injury quickly became big. Over night I could not get out of bed or stand or sit or walk with out a great deal of pain and the use of a cane. After Physical therapy did not seem to be working, I followed the advise of a friend and signed up for the Core balance training w/Dr /Peeples. I found each training clearly illustrated and explained. I moved ahead at 10 % when needed, and more whenever i could. After a few weeks into the program, my pain was slowly dissipating. I began having very good deep sleep. Now that I have completed the program, I am almost 100% pain free. I am limber and flexible and have even regained my ability to balance again… something I completely lost due to my injury. This has been a slow journey of tiny steps, but they all came together and I am feeling good and grateful! Thank you to you and your team!

Core Balance Training

I am 66 years old, and have been plagued with lower back pain for at least 5 years. I tried a number of consultations without permanent relief from the pain. A few months ago I signed up to Core Balance Online Training, and have just completed the program. For the first time in many years I now have pain free days, what a relief. This program has been is inspirational and encouraging , I now look forward to my daily routine , knowing it is likely an investment in a pain free day. I am so grateful to Dr. Peebles and his team for this training, it has been life changing.

This program is AWESOME!!!

This program is AWESOME!!!! You can watch the videos as many times as you want so you can learn the correct way to do the exercise. You can go at your own pace of progression of the exercises. They send you emails to remind you of the exercises. Only 15 minutes a day. I went to Greece a few weeks ago and with all the walking and standing I did not have any back pain, only slight tightness which I expected with everything I was doing. I'm 65 years old and I'm back to doing all the activities I want. If I felt this good last year I would not have retired early. Dr. Ryan is THE BEST!!!!

This actually works. You just need to follow the instructions and do the exercises regularly. Probably saved me hundreds of dollars and much future pain.

Life changing

Hi folks! Thanks you for this wonderful program! It really has been life changing. I got a DEXA scan yesterday and it showed I have more core musculature now than I did when I used to be a bodybuilding competitor! That's so cool. I'm able to connect to my anchors throughout daily activities, and no longer have the phases I used to go through where it would feel like I couldn't stand up straight for weeks at a time. Thank you for providing the kind of education I'd been looking for for years and never found, despite multiple professional fitness training and yoga teaching certifications. Forever grateful.

I have serve stenosis at L4

I have serve stenosis at L4, L5, suffered the dull pain/numbness for 3+ years. Dr. Ryan’s program did help me a lot . I have much less pain when I walk and are able to do some hiking again which I can’t in the past couple years. I am not pan free now , still suffered some pain but am able to do more walking which means a lot to me . Wish more people could benefit from this program .

Loved this program! I was quite skeptical when I joined…

I was quite skeptical when I joined this program, as I have been to PT twice for my back issues over the past 10 years. And those programs did not help me. Well, I just completed the CBT program and I got so much more out of it than any PT programs I have done in the past. Dr Ryan's knowledge of the human body is the best I have seen. As he is teaching each new exercise, he goes through a thorough explanation of how each move works and the reason for doing it to improve your back health and function. Once you learn the basic core anchors, he teaches how to apply those to everyday life activities. In just two months of doing this program almost every day, my core is so much stronger, my tight hamstrings have really loosened up (which I have learned is a major cause of low back pain). These are not just your typical abdominal exercises to strengthen your core. You learn how to engage all the tiny core muscles, that you didn't even know you have, which supports the spine as you move. He also teaches active stretching, as opposed to passive stretching, which makes the results last. I thought the price of $99/month was well worth it, compared to what I have spent on useless PT programs in the past. Plus they let you do a free trial for the first week, I believe. So you can give it a try and see if it helps you before you commit to paying anything. In addition, Dr Ryan does a live program on YouTube each week, where students can get questioned answered live, which I found very helpful. The support team is also available via email to answer any questions along the way too. If you have any type of back issues, I highly recommend you give it a try!

Positive experience from CBT course

I have had a positive experience from this course. My back pain has gone, and I was able to stay with the program. The pace was just right and I was comfortable with the knowledge that I could stay with a module if needed. I liked the daily emails, as I found them encouraging and supportive. 
I definitely have a better understanding and awareness of my deep core and connection. 
The concepts were clear and very valuable, as they gave me a deeper understanding of the physiology and what needed to change to achieve a healthier back. The quality of instruction and support from the CBT is very high. I joined the student hub, which I found beneficial, as I felt connected to others on a similar path of recovery. Posting a question or learning from questions other students had asked was very helpful.
