As an athletic

As an athletic, active person who suffers from back pain, I truly learned valuable skills that have helped me retrain my way of moving. Is the program perfect? No. But I have leaned so much information to carry on with me, so I would highly recommend.

Amazing program

Amazing program. I've had bits and pieces of this program with other PTs, but this puts it all together. CBT, helps me UNDERSTAND what's going on, with the instructional videos, explanations and demonstrations. Such a complete program compared to going to PT or Chiro. Also, with the daily emails... I STAYED MOTIVATED for the first time to put the necessary time and effort into my recovery! My only recommendation would be for CBT staff to review my efforts now and then to check technique. This might be to only quell doubts that maybe I'm not ready for the next step and that I'm not hurting myself somehow. Thanks so much for this program!!! Feel free to contact me about this review!

Learn to use your neglected muscles to support your spine!

I appreciative of Dr Ryan's clear instruction, and I benefited tremendously from reviewing the lessons and picking up tips I'd missed going through the first time. The program itself requires adjustments in very basic life habits, like breathing and maintaining a core connection all day. I'm still working to accomplish these consistently. My case is probably severe compared to others who are younger and don't have severe stenosis. I still have pain, and I know that I need more time to reap the benefits. Give me another 6 months, and I'll be able to report more success. I'm so much more in tune with my body, especially my posterior chain muscles and the muscles that make up the cylinder around my abdomen! I'd recommend Core Balance Training to anyone who has lost the muscular structure we all had as children that allowed us to move uninhibited.

Core Balance Training is the best…

Core Balance Training is the best approach I have found to strengthen my core and ease back pain. The guided approach eases the user through the modules at an adaptable pace. I appreciated being able to ask and receive advice when I had questions about some movements. Dr Ryan and his team always provided positive support even when offering adaptations to movements that were difficult for me to do. I am most grateful for their support and for the tools they have given me to use.80

Life Long Pain Free Posture

Dr. Peebles' program starts you at the very base of level to retrain your mind and your body to eventually subconsciously maintain proper hip and pelvic posture leading to a healthy low back. The course is organized and Dr. Peebles is articulate and genuine in his delivery.

CBT— well worth the time and expense!

CBT is a well organized, progressive PT program taught by a very knowledgeable and personable PT. For the price one 0.75 of a single PT appointment we get a month of instruction, informative videos, weekly “ask the PT” sessions and access to the responsive staff.

This program is amazing

This program is amazing, seriously the #1 thing in the last 10 years that has helped me get my life back! I spent years in my 30's searching for help for low back and hip pain that grew to SI joint pain, sciatic pain, mobility issues that lead to a spinal injury. Massage, several types of chiropractic treatments, acupuncture, rolfing, functional bodywork.... all short term or no help. I am 41 now and because I was consistent for 3 months of this program I can now... Stand for 20 plus minutes in one spot (was 3 minutes), can walk comfortably for 30 plus minutes (was 5 minutes), slightly lean forward cooking and doing dishes, vacuum, forward bend to pick something up off the ground and yes I finally got to dance with my husband again after many years of missing that bonding time! The daily morning email kept me on schedule, the team members respond to questions with such knowledge and kindness, the exercises are so gentle. Option to interact with others in the program through a message board and daily challenges gave such a community feel of love and support. I have such gratitude and respect for Doc. Ryan and his team, this program allowed me to have a higher quality of life again, I am so grateful and highly recommend this program!

Excellent - well worth it.

Excellent. I've had severe back pain for decades. I went to multiple PTs, chiropractors, physicians, Stretch Lab, and massage therapists. I've had spinal injections and taken meds. None of it helped. I stumbled upon Core Balance Training and tried it. I'm 2/3 of the way through and today I walked 3 miles without TENS. I can't remember what year I was able to do that. You're given exercises (many bridges) but unlike many PTs, CBT's videos walk you through them step-by-step. What a difference to finally do the exercises correctly! And you're taught how to do everyday activities without hurting yourself. When I have questions, I email and receive a response within a day. Well worth it. I highly recommend it.

SI and hip pain nearly gone.

I'm 63 years old, physically fit and active. I'd been experiencing SI joint and hip pain for roughly 5 months. I tried stretches and chiropractic treatments that had no effect. Through my searching online I found Core Balance. The approach looked right and the number of positive reviews made we want to try. I committed to doing twice-daily floor time. Within the first few weeks I was already feeling better. Now, months later I am happy to say that my pain is nearly gone. Core Balance has provided the tools I need to keep my back healthy into the future. Thank you, Dr. Peebles.

CBT erased my back pain

I highly recommend Core Balance Training for those experiencing chronic lower back pain. This program completely erased my sciatica and lower back pain. The program is easy to follow and Ryan does an excellent job of explaining the purpose of each movement. I am carrying so much of what I learned into my maintenance routine now that the program is over. 15 minutes a day is all I need! Thanks Ryan & CBT Team!

CBT is a gem! This program worked for me because…

This program worked for me because finally I found a PT who teaches how to be aware of my body and the lower back /SI issues I had. He provides explicit diagrams and strategies of how to overcome back pain. The success of this program is letting clients decide when to progress to the next level. Secondly, the thorough, consistent and timely feedback via email is tremendously helpful. Dr. Ryan is clearly a caring person and his approach to healing is invaluable.

Core Balance Training Changed my Life

The genuine care from Dr. Peebles and his team has been amazing. The daily emails with training videos helped me be consistent with my daily routines. Most importantly, I have learned so much and gained strength in my core and the muscles that support my back resulting in less pain.

FINALLY, the program I needed, and worth every penny!!

This program has greatly improved my ability to get out of back, sciatica and hip pain, and connect to my core in a way that will provide long lasting healthy movements for the rest of my life. I never knew what I should be doing and what I should be avoiding, and where I should be feeling things during movements until this program. I am listening to my body in a way I've never done before, and feeling great!

It works, plain and simple.

it works to reduce and eliminate pain, plain and simple. the format is so well thought out, introducing new information and exercises in an intentional way, I was able to advance at my pace. I sometimes took days to absorb and learn the way I should feel doing the movement and taking it into my daily life. I would stress to any new client, replay the daily lessons, they are just minutes long so it isn’t exhaustingly repetitive but I had several “a ha “ moments during the replay. Example, the 10% rule is really powerful. The volume of information can be overwhelming, take your time, get your ego out of it for those of us who are impatient or competitive, and soak in the confidence that you’ll build, that you can get your life back.
