What makes a good review?

A good review is honest, detailed, and helpful. Include specific details about your experience, mention what you purchased or which service you used, and explain both what went well and what could be improved. Check our guidelines for more tips.

Can I edit or delete my review?

Yes, you can edit your review within 30 days of posting it. After that, you can still delete it if needed. To edit or delete, log into your account, go to 'My Reviews,' and select the review you want to modify.

Why was my review removed?

Reviews may be removed if they violate our community guidelines. Common reasons include inappropriate language, personal attacks, fake content, or conflicts of interest. You'll receive an email explaining why your review was removed.

Can businesses remove negative reviews?

No, businesses cannot remove reviews simply because they're negative. We only remove reviews that violate our guidelines. This ensures the authenticity and trustworthiness of our platform.

How do I reset my password?
