By accessing or using CrowdTrust ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service, including businesses claiming their profiles and users writing reviews.

You retain ownership of content you post on CrowdTrust. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, publish, transmit, and display your content.

Content Standards

All content must comply with our Community Guidelines and must not:

• • Include harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material

Content Removal

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies.

CrowdTrust Property

The Service and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by CrowdTrust and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Trademark Usage

You may not use our trademarks, logos, or brand features without our prior written permission, except as allowed by our Brand Guidelines.

We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service. Reviews and ratings represent the opinions of users and not CrowdTrust.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CrowdTrust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

In no event will CrowdTrust's total liability exceed the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the action giving rise to liability.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CrowdTrust, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms which should reasonably survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in San Francisco, California.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
