I finally understand what helps prevent my pain

After years of painful walking and visits with 3 different PTs, these videos taught me how to activate the appropriate muscles to support my back and relieve pain. The videos are easy to follow and progress from a gentle start to advanced training exercises. The tips on setting the correct intention really worked well for me.

Great program for less active seniors

I was worried about signing up for anything through the internet. This program delivers on it's promises. My hope is that in the future, a program can be developed exclusively for seniors because much of the program is difficult for older, less active people. The foundational concepts are immediately attainable and I have developed an awareness and control of my core and how to move correctly. I will continue to strive to challenge myself to master the more difficult exercises while continuing to strengthen my core on a daily basis.

It was a last-ditch search for help…

It was a last-ditch search for help with my back pain. I had tried every other avenue without success. The fact that I found Dr Ryan and his CBT team on YouTube is akin to a miracle. There I found information, constructive advice, solutions, and compassionate motivation and support. I can highly recommend Dr Ryan's Core Balance Training for sufferers of back pain.

My SI joint pain is gone!

I was searching online for an exercise program to help me with my lower back pain (specifically severe SI joint pain). The Core Balance program has helped me tremendously. Since starting and completing the program, I have not experienced any back problems whatsoever. I now follow their maintenance program and continue to be pain-free. I can wholeheartedly recommend the Core Balance exercise program!

They honestly, really care!

After 18 months of sciatica and an MRI that showed a bulging disc and arthritis, I was Googling for some help. You look up one thing and 50 sites come at you. But this one stood out! I asked a few questions and got some very caring, personal messages back…quickly! I have loved this program! It has helped to improve my situation so much. I can go for walks again! And I have some control over the pain when it does try to start up. I will continue with all the exercises long after I finish the program because getting stronger and improving my posture is a slow (but steady) process. I am so glad I found Core Balance Training!

High praise for the CBT program

I can’t say enough positive things about the course, the underlying principles, and the overall approach. Integrity, respect, kindness and gratitude are evident in all facets. While I am not totally without pain at this point, physically and psychologically, I am so much better today than I was 6 months ago when I started the program, which was 6 months after suffering a disc herniation (and 15 years of lower back pain before that). My advice is to move at your pace, don't move to the next module until you are really ready. Develop muscle memory from the early modules, and you'll be better off later.

CBT helped with acute lyme nerve pain in back/leg

I was in a painful place with back, SI joint, pyriformis, and terrible nerve pain down one leg. While I pursued avenues to get x-rays from orthopedic doc then various ways to get Lyme testing, I needed to figure out what moves I could learn and master that would help me get through the pain. My twin sister (uber athlete!) recommended CBT. Most of the subtle set-up moves of engaging the core anchors I had never learned before, even though I've been athletic my entire life. The gradual progression was very helpful for me to master technique. When I added some physical therapy, the fact that I understood the basics of CBT training helped me know the techniques I needed to apply to their exercises, too. Thanks to positive tests from IGeneX, early start on Ivermectin and some herbs, and now a combo of antibiotics and anti-malarials, I'm feeling 95% better. I'm continuing with CBT a little while longer to continue learning and practicing. The exercises get more complex and work on many muscles and balance.

This is the real deal

This is the real deal. From a guy who had to figure out what was really wrong with his back and core. I've gone through almost the whole course and when I do the exercises, my core gets stronger and my posture so much better and I gain an inch or two in height. Not some knock-off program but wow, the thought and work put into this is worth the price a few times over.

For me its been the best program packed with only usefull info given daily on a 'need to know basis' not overly complicated with unnecesary anatomy. I feel the benefits even if expensive. I feel more empowered to manage my own muscle imbalances now.

Worth every penny

I got a lot out of the program, especially the first six of the 12 modules, where we learned about our three anchors and how to move while keeping them connected. When I say “learned,” I mean slow, repetitive body learning through easy exercises. I can now feel when my anchors are connected. My low back issues have improved. I appreciated the weekly live sessions with Dr. Ryan where he respectfully and thoroughly addressed all specific questions from attendees. I also appreciated the CBT team answering daily questions under each lesson on the student portal. The whole team is super encouraging and helpful. The reminders a week before monthly membership renewal also landed well for me… this team wants to support, not soak us.

Real back pain relief

The Core Balance Training staff is supportive, responsive and encouraging. It is worth the commitment. I finally feel like I have found lasting back relief after decades of pain. I was skeptical at first, but after the first week in the program I knew this was right for me. I am so glad I trusted my gut and committed to Core Balance Training!

Basically

Basically, you start from square one. Learning good posture like a baby, and then applying it to standing, walking, and daily activities. I never would have guessed my aches and pains were posture related due to my pelvis being in the wrong position causing all sorts of issues. Thank you for creating a program that lets me tune into my body.

This program has been so informative…

This program has been so informative for me! What an awesome journey to understand and feel the muscles that are supposed to be working in each exercise. I have gained more knowledge of the proper ways to do the exercises that support my back injuries than I did in a year of PT. I would recommend this program to anyone having back issues.

Best

This is the only way to do it. To strengthen your back and spine. The doctor explains it very well and very convincing. I feel sorry for people that go to chiropractors cuz they're just screwing their body up even more!
