I absolutely loved this program! My sciatica pain has significantly decreased, and while I needed some additional help from an osteopath and bodyworker to re-align my pelvis, this program perfectly complemented that work and helped me maintain the improvements. The daily emails were a fantastic motivator, keeping me consistent even on busy days. I’ve gained a deeper sense of body awareness and developed a much stronger connection to my core. The emphasis on mindfulness was especially valuable. Moving with intention and focus on small adjustments has made such a difference for me.This transformation has been both physical and mental, and I feel confident that the tools and exercises I’ve learned will have a lasting impact as I incorporate them into my daily life.
