Loved this program! I was quite skeptical when I joined…

I was quite skeptical when I joined this program, as I have been to PT twice for my back issues over the past 10 years. And those programs did not help me. Well, I just completed the CBT program and I got so much more out of it than any PT programs I have done in the past. Dr Ryan's knowledge of the human body is the best I have seen. As he is teaching each new exercise, he goes through a thorough explanation of how each move works and the reason for doing it to improve your back health and function. Once you learn the basic core anchors, he teaches how to apply those to everyday life activities. In just two months of doing this program almost every day, my core is so much stronger, my tight hamstrings have really loosened up (which I have learned is a major cause of low back pain). These are not just your typical abdominal exercises to strengthen your core. You learn how to engage all the tiny core muscles, that you didn't even know you have, which supports the spine as you move. He also teaches active stretching, as opposed to passive stretching, which makes the results last. I thought the price of $99/month was well worth it, compared to what I have spent on useless PT programs in the past. Plus they let you do a free trial for the first week, I believe. So you can give it a try and see if it helps you before you commit to paying anything. In addition, Dr Ryan does a live program on YouTube each week, where students can get questioned answered live, which I found very helpful. The support team is also available via email to answer any questions along the way too. If you have any type of back issues, I highly recommend you give it a try!
