Ordered some UGG boots which I never…

Ordered some UGG boots which I never received, admittedly the courier Yodel were at fault, BUT they took 6 weeks to arrange a refund after 3-4 weeks of being told up to 5 days to process. Wouldn't use them again.

Not worth for next day delivery

I did shop at office yesterday to purchase pair of very expensive shoes for next day shop collection. Now, I see that the shoes are nowhere to be collected. I rang the office in Battersea shopping centre only to be told that the shoes will not be there!!! Why would staff give fake info and lie about such a simple thingy, they don’t have a clue about importance of delivery. I am very disappointed and sadly surprised with level of customer care. Is this how they bridge the businesses with sprinkle of lies?

Customer service is an absolute joke

I have sent all the details you requested and still no reply to my emails! This is the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered!! Went back into Richmond store on Monday 27th October and was assured that refund had been processed, still nothing!! I returned the trainers to the shop on 4th October!

Avoid like the plague

EDIT @office. You have said you have sent me a message where have you sent the message too? I have no email from you and you have not replied to me on Facebook or Instagram ? Avoid like the plague. My shoes were delivered to the wrong address in the 6th October. I emailed and messaged them with no response also on the live chat and took screenshots twice. Never heard back for 3weeks until the 27th Oct. They sent me an image of the delivery which is not my property so I sent them the images of my property door and hallways. They sent me an image of the delivery which with a light brown front door and tiles in a hallway when mine is black and my hallways has carpet. They then said I should have let them know within 10days and I have to dispute it with my bank I did I emailed and messaged them and never heard anything back for 3 weeks. I’ve had to raise a dispute with my bank. I even sent them the cctv from my property showing the apparent delivery time at 18:04 on the 6th October and this was not attempted at my home. I would not recommend them

Horrendous experience with Office

Horrendous experience with Office I haven’t received my order placed 2 months ago and still waiting for resolution/refund. I ordered two pairs of expensive boots, which Yodel delivered to the front door of the wrong address on my street. I went there a day later after realising that, but the parcel was no longer there. Contacted both Yodel and Office - have a photo proof from Yodel that the parcel was delivered to the wrong door, and yet no prompt resolution from Office. After few back-and -forth emails they stopped replying. AVOID!

If you buy here be prepared for NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

I will not buy from this store again and will be spreading the word to avoid it like the plague. Online customer service is non existent. Still waiting to hear back regarding my order not arriving. Waiting over an hour online “live” chat, supposedly in a queue, no response from them at all; I gave up. No customer service phone number to be found anywhere. Just avoid the frustration and find your items elsewhere. Just editing this after reading other negative reviews; I’d advise anyone to go directly to your credit card company and request a refund for non-receipt of goods via a legal chargeback. Maybe if this happens enough the company will get their act together

Absolutely diabolical

Absolutely diabolical! I purchased something from them and the parcel was not there where they stated it was. I told them about this and they said in 10 working days I will receive a claims form. No claims form arrived and I have chased so many times now, 18 emails to be exact. They now say due to time passed it’s too late. They keep copying and pasting the same email to me. They don’t actually read my email or answer questions. Have asked for their complaints process and which ombudsman they reside under and they ignore the question. I wish to take matters further legally but without them providing information they should I have no idea how. Their customer service is inadequate and do not read emails to reply correctly. They state they sent a claims form, I provided evidence my inbox hasn’t received it but they won’t resend or show me they have sent it. Stay away from this scam company!!

Shocking service

I contacted Office after I bought a pair of sandals and they broke after wearing them 3 times. They asked me to post them back to them so they could investigate. I did this and the tracking clearly stated they were delivered- yet office stated they did not receive them and refused to do anything further. I did everything they asked. Will not be purchasing through them ever again. Appalling customer service and no accountability taken

doesn’t seem to be a customer service…

doesn’t seem to be a customer service that you could contact very easily package was supposed to be delivered by yodel has been delivered finding it very frustrating trying to get through to somebody or email somebody to sort this out. Obviously the office in yodel are in cahoots with these missing packages as I’ve gone onto trustpilot and there is Many in the same situation as we are.

Don't buy online!

The shop is great, online shopping not so much! Purchased £160 trainers that weren't available in-store without a 5-7 day wait. Ordered online and promised the trainers in 4 days - win! - or so I thought... Now 11 days later, having been promised delivery for the past three days and swapped my WFH days around to accommodate the delivery which "cannot be left in a safe place or with a neighbour". Yodel ping me back to Office, the Office chat bot pings me back to Yodel. No customer support from either company - in that way they are well suited. Today I have been 'promised' they will aim to deliver the shoes in the next 48 hours... ...I wont hold my breath.

Avoid buying from office!!!!!

I ordered a pair of boots over 10 days ago. They still havent arrived so checked Yodal tracking which just says cotact your retailer. Then contacted Office who said we have asked Yodel to deliver your parcel. So far no parcel, no refund and actual abysmal customer service who are just not interested in resolving your query. I have paid good money to receive no goods. Please do NOT buy from Office it is a total scam. If notjing arrives this week i will need to contact trading standards as they simply dont care that they have taken your money but not sent the goods.. Avoid!!!!!

Extremely poor customer service and product quality

I bought a pair of shoes from Office that generated strong static electricity, making them impossible to wear. I raised the issue well within the 30 day return period, but they initially refused to test them. After I insisted, they eventually carried out tests (while I had to pay for the shoes to be sent to them) but not under the proper conditions, so the problem wasn’t properly assessed. Despite this, Office refused to issue a refund, even though the shoes were clearly faulty and the issue was reported on time. I’ve been left with an unusable pair of shoes and no resolution. Out of pocket for the shoes & the shipping price to them. This experience shows a complete lack of accountability and disregard for consumer rights. I won’t be buying from Office again.

Checked a pair of shoes online

Checked a pair of shoes online. Wanted to try in store but it was not in stock. I called the helpline and they advised to go into the store and order it from there and it will be delivered to that store. I went to the store the very next morning. The lady checked its price online and that was increased by £10 in just one day. I showed her the picture I took with price but she refused to take it further. I sent a complaint to their office, a reply was received in which the advisor didn’t even bother to read the details. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable service.

Bought some Hoka shoes in August 25

Bought some Hoka shoes in August 25 from Office.My toes wore through the inner fabric within 2 months. I was told there were no manufacturing issues with the shoes. Most trainers I buy last at least two years. Refused to refund me despite the shoes costing £140.00

AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs! I ordered some trainers and 2 days later I heard nothing,I looked online and it said all out of stock! Contacting customer services is a nightmare,you wait and wait and wait in a queue online chat no doubt with other people in my situation! I finally got to speak to someone for them to say unfortunately they are not sure if I have my trainers or not and could wait 5 days until they could tell me! Who wants that eh! I canceled straight away as I read other reviews not good! They wasn’t helpful at all.

Shoes never delivered and bad customer service

I ordered shoes that were supposed to be delivered with yodel and never arrived. When the order was on its way I received a time slot for the delivery. I stayed home for this time slot and no delivery attempt was made, without any communication. The next day I revived a new time slot for which I again stayed home, nothing was delivered and no attempt was made, they emailed me saying they tried to deliver but they never did, no one attempted to deliver it. I then decided to chose the option to deliver to a yodel store instead as I hoped that would take away the risk of these fake deliveries. I didn’t receive any communication on the location or estimated day and time of delivery. I reached out to office customer service over email to ask for support from their side. They responded saying it might take 5 days for them to find the parcel together with yodel. I reached out multiple times for support over email and never got any updates. After the 5 days passed they went mute. I haven’t heard from them since. I am never ordering with office ever again. I don’t have my shoes, they have been useless over email, and as soon as the 5 day period was over and I reached out for updates they ignored me. I haven’t heard from them since and don’t have the shoes I paid for.

I am in the situation now where Office…

I am in the situation now where Office have taken money from my bank..NOT PENDING.. and havent delivered shoes to click and collect shop.. its 6 days now and customer service is appalling..cant speak to anyone ..cant cancel order ..I think its a scam ..its not the first time they have done this and are in BREACH OF CONTRACT they literally have taken 100£ from my account and are holding it?? How many others are in the same boat?? Think about that..Office use to be the best .. I always got my shoes in the time said.. but this last 2yrs have gone downhill .. I dont know what to say.. I will never buy online from them again Schuh are defiantly better .. they have over took Office

Cheap nasty rubbish

Terrible cheap quality Bought their office range shoes - some heels and a pair of boots. So nasty and cheap when they arrived. They didn’t fit well and looked twisted on and the material was awful. Like something you buy in the market. This shop has really lots its way.

Wish I could give zero stars and wished…

Wish I could give zero stars and wished I looked on here first as I really wouldn’t have ordered. Bought two pairs of shoes and sent both pairs back for a refund but only one pair has been refunded, contacted customer service and they basically told me there is nothing they can do as they have checked with the returns team and apparently they only received one pair back… which is not true! I even sent a cover letter inside the parcel explaining I wanted both pairs refunded so if they only received one pair surely they should have got in contact asking where the second pair was..?! I didn’t even have an email to say they had received my return and a partial refund was being made. I Asked to speak to a manager as I had provided the receipt I had from the shop I returned both pairs to, be told there was nothing further they can help with as the returns team have said they didn’t receive the second pair, there is no manager to speak to nor is there a complaint department. So I’m missing half my money and they are no longer willing to help or point me in a direction where someone can. DON’T buy from here the reviews say it all
