the executor told me that iwc is authorized to keep the heirs informed, but despite this, i continue to send emails, no one answers me. i have been writing for months. this behavior is not correct and shows poor professionalism. i will report the agency to the supervisory body.

This is an absolutely professional company. They acted with courtesy, timely replies and very efficiently.Every question,no matter the time of day, was immediately dealt with.There was always a time difference of 6 hours, but that never made it a problem. Sending documents back and forth also worked very well, with guidance on every step of the way.

I can only say what appalling service I have received from this company in selling my late husband's shares. Many months have passed and now I find papers have not been sent to the States even though I was told in February that they had gone. So if you are selling shares, don't touch them with a barge pole.

Sharon Edwards was the person who dealt with my mother‘s estate from IWC. And Carol Wyatt helped with the sale of the property. I cannot recommend IWC highly enough. Communication with both people was five star, the worst thing about going through probate for the first time ever and having to deal with the loss of a parent was made so much easier and less painful by these two amazing professional ladies. They answered emails promptly throughout the whole process. I know sometimes my sister and I may have come across as very frustrating but was never made to feel like that. Carol went above and beyond to help us with the sale of the property. Communication is key and IWC kept us well informed throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The service provided by Debbie Wiseman from IWC was excellent. It was a complicated and long drawn out process to transfer Canadian shares into my married name as I am resident in the UK. No other company that I had approached in the UK would help me. She has consistently been there to assist me every step of the way and has helped to resolve any issues that have occurred along the way.

Twice I have used the services of IWC (Overseas Medallion Signature) and I can say that I have always been very happy with the process and the outcome. I definitely recommend them.
