I had a positive experience working with Knights. Thank you to Shona and the rest of the team for the helpful support throughout my process of purchasing a new build house. Communication was always clear and easy to understand. My only minor recommendation would be to more proactively provide customers with progress updates; I had to politely ask for updates on several occasions when we were close to exchange date. Overall though, the process was run smoothly and i'm grateful for the support I received. I would recommend Knights to anyone looking to purchase a new build.

Charlotte, Sharon and Lucy assisted with the sale and purchase of our new build home. We did a part exchange of our old property which meant the whole process from exchange to completion needed to be done quite quickly. We are happy with the service, they were very diligent and professional and we were able to complete on time.

Sale of my house completed on 25th June 2025. Outstanding service from start to finish. I delt with Jamie, Saskia and Sammie. Very attentive, generally got response within 30mins of contact every time. The buyers started contacting me directly as they struggled to make contact with their solicitor, which led to knights chasing Their solicitors and the estate agent to push things forward. In regards to costs, I went with time spend basis rather than fixed fee, and total cost was just below the minimum estimate, so very happy with this considering the constant chasing we had to endure. Knights are not the cheapest nor do they claim to be, but the attentiveness and attention to detail is what your paying for. I would definitely use their services if needed in the future.

The two contacts from this firm worked together well as a team, (Sally Peake and Louise Nunns). When I contacted either of them, they answered or replied straight away. No waiting days for a return call or an email being answered. They were professional, knowledgeable, did what they said they would do, and confirmed when they had completed the tasks. I would suggest you pay for a service which is given their full attention, covering legal aspects of transferring a property, with guidance all the way. Nothing was too much trouble and made for a smooth running, stress-free transaction.

I purchased my first flat in March 2025 and had appointed Knights as my solicitor. I worked with Liam Edwards and Tianey Pearce. Communications were efficient, timely and as a FTB with a lot of questions they provided helpful answers. The estimated time frame and fees were meet and there were no extra costs or delays from their side which I appreciated.
