Daylight robbery,...they suspend your account with no access to your money, their excuse is ACCOUNT REVIEW !! Poor service, overcharged several time. FCA, FSCS, NCA and HMRC need to look into this so called mobile banking scam.

everybody's accounts works well? my account doesn't work for few weeks - cards/transfers/online payments, nothing works!!! CAN'T FIND ANY INFORMATION ONLINE OR WHEREWER!!!!

They hold my account and never contacted me like any other bank does plus they dont have a live chat or phone number for people to reach out in urgency. I am a new business and my payment was delayed already due to bank holiday weekend and the soon payment came it went on hold for the longest time i thought the app was down or something until i wrote multiple messages to support to which someone responded the case was escalated to compliance team and they will get in touch and been waiting since them i explained to them that because of them my newly started business will fall before rise due to earning bad reputation money wise, i told them how this was financial abuse and mental torture and the amount of distress they are causing me coz failing to make timely payments will result in me ending up with bad business name, repu, breach of contracts and fines but they dont care

my wife and I submitted all the documents on the 7th of April, the bank itself says that the documents are checked before the 24 hours. today is the 11th, the application has a status that our documents have been checked, but the account has not been opened. Support does not respond and does not respond to my emails

This bank is a complete scam used only by fraudsters

My money has been blocked for over 5 days and I have no answer, how is this possible with a site that has a license to operate in the UK? Can someone from the authorities handle this site? How is it possible to operate after so many notifications? I filed a complaint with the police, but it seems that I have to wait for some checks, a shame... scam website, everybody take care

This is not real banking This app delete the account And not sent any information about this not respondet from 8 day now not get any respondet from support whith chat and email not add money on this app lost it imediatly if you deposit money here.

Full Scamer Company Delete my account without any reason and any notification not sent me any email for it and any notification im test to contact support not get a respondet never from this if you use this and add money forget it you lost all.

They closed my account for no reason, asked me to send a bank details they can send my funds to which i did sent to them but they haven’t reply back if they received it or anything and you can’t contact them, plus i’ve already made a complaint to Ofcom and other financial institutions, i even report it to the police as well. please i’m advising everyone not to bank with them, they’re unreliable and untrustworthy. Plus if i don’t receive my funds within 60days i’m showing up at their office in Birmingham.

Terrible terrible financial institution they steal your money, please to anyone reading this.. do NOT bank witn Tryba it’s a scam company they have your account open untill you start to have some money in there and then they close your account with no reason and take your money and email you saying it could Take 60 Days to get your money back and they don’t reply at all after they send that! It’s a fraud company please no one fall for it !!!!! They are thieves !!! 0 stars you’ll regret it
