Nunca pude recibir mis fondos. Los enviaron a un banco que hasta el día de hoy no me contesta y no puedo tener nada de lo invertido, todo según por congestión de la red. Perdí mucha plata y tiempo y no tengo nada de lo que es mío. 6 procesos de depósitos de plata para no obtener nada. Malísimo.

Malísima te quitan el dinero ganado no recomiendo

Worst crypto exchange and wallet. They will freeze your money for a week minimum and ask you to provide bunch of documents and at the end are gonna charge a commission to be able to withdraw that money to a normal exchange. Do not use it. Not worthy and trustful at all

Bybit ça fait déjà plus de 24 heures et vous n’avez toujours pas débloqué mes fonds. Je l’ai écrit hier j’essayais de vendre des usdt par p2p et l’ acheteur de P2P s’est déconnecté. J’ai annulé la commande mais sur le site de Bybit on m’a dit d’attendre 24h . Ca fait plus de 24 heures que mes fonds sont bloqués et je ne peux pas les utiliser tout ça parce que l’acheteur ne s’est plus jamais reconnecté . Combien de temps dois je encore attendre. . Mon UID c’est le : 241214197 Et le numéro de la commande : 1966868915401822208 J’ai bien stipulé que l’acheteur n’avait fait aucun paiement et qu’il s’était déconnecté , maintenant ça fait plus de 24h qu’il n’est plus en ligne . Non seulement il n’a fait aucun paiement mais il a aussi indiqué qu’il avait payé avant de se déconnecter. J’ai envoyé toutes les preuves . Pourquoi mes fonds restent bloqués autant de temps . Je suis venue mettre un avis sur trustpilot la prochaine fois je prendrai les réseaux sociaux ainsi à la télé pour le boycott .

My experience with Bybit ... A card withdrawal was processed without my One-Time Password, proving their security is unreliable. My Bybit Card now shows a negative balance of 109$, and Bybit is demanding I deposit funds to cover their mistake. A buyer placed an order and marked the order as paid but the buyer didn’t send any money. I created a dispute on the case but Bybit Customer care have refused to do the needful. I have uploaded the required videos but yet no response. It being 3Days now, since on the 11-09-2025. It has been over 16 days since I submitted my case to Bybit. Their support team repeatedly promises a reply “within 72 hours,” yet every single deadline is broken. Instead of real action, I only receive the same copy-paste response: “We understand your concern, we will forward this to the relevant department, please wait another 72 hours.” This is not customer service – this is deliberate stalling. My funds remain blocked with no clear explanation, no transparency, and no accountability. After 18 days, bybit gave the opportunity to withdraw funds to the original wallet. мне никогда не верилось что я когда нибудь смогу купить криптомонеты и благодаря байбит я это сделал . мне бы очень хотелось чтоб биржа дала возможность покупать тизер usdt напрямую с карты РФ, потому что p2p торговле я не очень доверяю поэтому и вкладываюсь очень маленькими суммами .

Scammers. I had a problem with their card and they ignore all the ticket you open, closing them without noticing you and without resolving the issue, live chats don’t do anything and I withdraw all my money and stopped using that fraud card that talks about cashback but there isn’t any. Worst exchange ever They even try asking you to submit a case, but the case will be closed in a day without any help, just a standard answer ignoring all you said in the case. Scammers and even playing with you See? They asked about a case ID, you should’ve not close the 3 I have opened ;) Too bad we can’t put screenshots here to show how bad their client service acts

A buyer placed an order but refused to pay, he then threatened me that if I appeal I will be suing myself that bybit will restrict me from posting ads, I appealed and bybit restricted me just like he said. This is totally u called for, bybit should be investigating things before taking actions.
