had a very bad experience with Bybit P2P. I sent money to a seller, but he refused to release the USDT. This person was acting like a third-party and clearly scammed me. I opened a dispute and provided all evidence, but support didn’t respond for hours and I’m still waiting.
It’s shocking that such a big global platform allows scammers with multiple bad reviews to continue trading. Instead of protecting honest traders, they even restricted my account unfairly. Very disappointed.
I had a very bad experience on Bybit P2P.
I fully paid for my order according to the conditions clearly stated in my ad: payment in parts and acceptance of third-party transfers. The seller accepted the order knowing these conditions, but later refused to release the coins.
When I appealed, Bybit support ignored all the evidence, including multiple negative reviews about this seller from other traders showing the same scam behavior. Instead of protecting me as a buyer with a clean profile and good history, Bybit supported the seller who was clearly manipulating the system.
If Bybit wants to enforce the rules strictly, they should remove ALL ads that violate them, not punish one honest trader and let scammers take advantage.
This shows Bybit P2P is unsafe for buyers in Russia, where bank restrictions force us to split payments. Instead of helping, Bybit’s system makes it easy for scammers to profit.
Very disappointing and unfair.
