not happy with responses

I brought 3 pairs of Trainers only 2 was delivered and the bag it was sent in could only fit 2 pairs in anyway so I thought 1 of the was coming separately! when i contacted office they wanted photos of the parcel what i didn’t have and now saying they can’t do any more. what i would expect them to do is get video footage of the package areato see that only 2 was packed?
