SCUF Gaming Reviews

I’ve been a couple years with scuf and have had 2 scuf impact pro’s (ps4), which had after a couple months bad stick drift. Though I’ve been able to return them and let it fix but it still stayed, yet I’ve been able to use them for 2 years each without insane problems. Now I have scuf Envision (pc) for 1 year, probably the best controller I’ve ever had and the support with it was great. Have had some firmware issues or something that broke and all was fixed through waranty and customer service, last one through Ophélie which resolved my problem without needing to send it back and wait for a couple of weeks to get it back. Overall I think the quality has improved since a couple of years ago and customer service is and has been always really helpful and friendly.

Contacted support due to my Apple Wallet autofilling with an email address I don't use or have access to. Connected with "Scuf Griselda" and they were friendly and easy to work with to update my email address to one I have access to. They gave me an update on where my order is in the build process and sent me the invoice to the updated email. Support was painless and simple.

There was a lost order and SCUF Nick from Live Customer Support was very nice, quick and uncomplicated. So he arranged a reshipment for my order. Problem solved. I recommend SCUF Nick of SCUF Live Support. Very good experience.

The controls are excellent - when they work. The quality is terrible. I feel like they probably get more business from repairing controls than selling them. I've had to send my controller in about 4 times now. Multiple times for audio issues with the headphones jack. I've never had a single issue with audio in stock controllers that I've had for 7+ years. I only use the Scuf when playing competitive shooters, otherwise I use stock. Comparably with stock, I only use the headphones jack when playing shooters (like when Scuf is in for repair or playing non competitive shooters) so it's not like Scuf sees any additional wear and tear. I've sent it in again for the second time in around a year just a couple days ago, and i treat this controller like a newborn baby. At this point I might as just buy a new paddle controller... but it won't be from Scuf. To give a positive though, I have not noticed stick drift with Scuf but it frequently happens on stock. Now I do use stock controllers far more (every game but competitive shooters) so could be that. I see Scuf likes to reply to negative reviews with obnoxious canned responses... don't let that fool you into thinking they care. They don't. It's only to give the impression that they do. They take no responsibility for poor craftsmanship/quality and offer nothing outside of the opportunity for you to have to keep giving them money to use your controller that you bought. Basically a subscription service.

Tenho o comando a 1 ano, já está a dar problemas desde o início. Os analógicos são mesmo rascas não vale nada

where do i begin, recently i had sent my controller back to scuf because i had accidentally broke a back bind. Luckily it was within the warranty year and i was able to send it back. I had received good news and was told they were able to send me a new controller however upon delivery something happened where the delivery driver dropped the package off at the wrong location. I had quickly emailed scuf customer service and the GOAT HERSELF SARAH came to my rescue. She was able to put in a ticket for my missing package and rectify my situation so i can get back to gaming as soon as possible. Within 5 days Sarah was able to file a claim, get another controller shipped out with expedited shipping, and Sarah was calm cool and collected the entire time assuring me that I would get back to gaming soon and the issue would be resolved. Thank you scuf and Thank you Sarah!

Very nice person was helping my and she was nicely open up and take time for my to explain my problem and she help very good and the scuf controllers really insane good

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience with Scuf. I ordered a controller with the expectation, based on their website, that it would arrive within a week. Almost a month later, no one from customer service could give me any clear updates on the status of my order. I eventually had to cancel and request a refund. I had purchased a controller from Scuf before and it was a fantastic experience, so it’s frustrating to see such a big difference this time. Overall, Scuf makes great products, but their customer service really let me down. The biggest issue wasn’t even the long delay — it was the complete lack of clear communication about when I could realistically expect my controller or what was causing the delay. Really hope they improve their service because their products deserve better support.

I had always used scuf remotes never had a problem it's one of the best I ever used and trust me I had used other one but scuf gives a better feel and a better respond time while gaming like fps and rpg.

Wanted a quick question on if I was gonna need to spend money on an extra cord but Nicky was able to help me fast and get me on my way fast

5 stelle per nick scuf, facile parlare con lui, molto preparato e mi ha risolto il problema.

literally only had my scuf controller for 2 weeks and it already developed a stick drift. Now I have to send it back for repair/replacement and it will be 2 weeks before I get it back. Not what I was at all expecting from a controller that was close to $300.This was my first and last purchase from scuf gaming.
