I’ve been a couple years with scuf and have had 2 scuf impact pro’s (ps4), which had after a couple months bad stick drift. Though I’ve been able to return them and let it fix but it still stayed, yet I’ve been able to use them for 2 years each without insane problems. Now I have scuf Envision (pc) for 1 year, probably the best controller I’ve ever had and the support with it was great. Have had some firmware issues or something that broke and all was fixed through waranty and customer service, last one through Ophélie which resolved my problem without needing to send it back and wait for a couple of weeks to get it back. Overall I think the quality has improved since a couple of years ago and customer service is and has been always really helpful and friendly.
