J’ai acheter une scuf pour jouer sur ps5 au bout d’1 mois après la garantie j’ai eu un bouton qui L2 ou R2 qui ne marchais plus donc j’ai du payer 45€ pour la "réparer" puis là encore une fois environ 1 an après la manette a je pense du stick drift et le bouton L1 commence à fonctionner très mal pour une manette acheter dans les 250€ . Donc je recommande pas du tout ces manettes qui semblent vraiment pas solides du tout , pour ce prix là je n’en suis pas du tout satisfait d’autant plus que la garantie est trop courte pour le prix .

Scuf Griselda was very helpful when my order was canceled due to a billing/shipping address mix-up (my fault). She told me how to fix it and also gave me 15% off, which was incredibly kind of her and Scuf! Highly recommend. Also, they are the best controllers ever! It's way better than my elite and wolverine.

If you want to wait around for a month because the broker doesn’t know how to do their job correctly and have it stuck at customs for 15 days plus after paying for expedited fee up to you… worst experience ever. I send emails to support and on X but no reply they just ghost you. Horrible horrible support. Cash grabbing for sure. Also you should be transparent about your controllers coming from Taiwan especially with the tariffs .

Absolute joke of a company. You pay hundreds of pounds to get a controller which is made to last a year or so and when they break you have to pay another £100 or so for a repair?! What a joke that is. DO NOT BUY from these lot they’re just scammers using their big name to get sales they don’t care about customer service at all you can get someone on eBay to modify your pads for you just like these lot for a lot cheaper!!! I’ve bought many pads from these guys to give them a chance and all of them have broken so the build quality is definitely rubbish. And my controllers are really well looked after as well

Bonjour tous le monde. Etant propriétaire d'une Scuf reflex FPS ( 300€ ) depuis 1 an et quelques poussières... Au bout D'un mois ou deux je rencontrais mes premiers déboire avec cette manette. Le joystick droit me donnait les meme commande que celui de gauche. Au début je pensé que c'était une erreur de paramétrage mais un amis a acheté la même que moi mais aucun problème pour lui, (a réglage identique je précise). Ensuite je suis passé sur PC, tous ce passé très bien hors mis le problème de R3, et au bout de deux mois toute les touches on commencé à buger, impossibilité total de jouer. Jai testé plusieurs jeux pour être sur que le problème ne venait pas de la plateforme du jeux en particulier. Résultat des courses c'est que pour jouer avec une Scuf c'est très agréable par contre si il faut compter 300€ par an ... dans le meilleur des cas, ca fait cher !!!! je me suis tourné sur une AIM controler qui offre elle une garantie a VIE !!!!!!!

Just brought the ps5 reflex fps and honestly it’s the cheapest piece of plastic I have ever felt, except it wasn’t cheap it was £270….. honestly don’t waste your money get a duel sense edge it’s x10 the controller, and then to top it off I buy it and less than a week later they start advertising for TMR joysticks and don’t say to the customer they are coming out next week would you like to add them….. seriously don’t waste your money. Just to update i have had the TMR sticks added externally as this was not an option given to me by scuff even though they knew a week later they would be offering them on new controllers.. but understand that the plastics is so cheap and scratches very easy and there is a good chance you will drop it and break it because there are no grips( unless you pay a premium to add them) absolutely disgusting, so again anyone who reads this take my advice a go elsewhere, I.e the ps5 edge which is nearly half the price. Ordered a controller on May 25th, then scuf announced they were adding hall effect joy sticks to the controller I just bought. I contacted support about this to see if my order did have have the new joysticks included or not. I was paired with Scuff Griselda, they were very kind and helpful with my questions. My order unfortunately didn't come with the new joysticks since I ordered it earlier than the announcement. I will have to reorder the same one with the new joysticks and return the other one. But Griselda was great and super helpful.

I was really nervous when only part of my order had turned up, but Scuf Griselda was very kind and took time to explain that they were being shipped from 2 different locations and that’s why they won’t arrive together. Good customer service from them!

Griselda was very good. She helped cut thru the unnecessary processes that the scuf customer support asks you to go through. The Chat bot is bad,, Thankfully they have Griselda to send to the rescue
