I had a problem with a rogue Pop-Up.
Even if eventually I made it disappear, i was not sure if it was still somewere in my PC.
So I contacted the BitDefender Support Center.
They passed my PC on a complete review and they gave me the informations I needed I think, to try to protect my PC from more bad experiences like the one I just had.
We had many communications, after the second exchange, it was the same Support Engineer how guided me all along and answered all my questions, some time in a few hours, even in nightime.
They did not close the case until they were sure that I was confident that my PC was OK and they told me to keep in touch if I have any worry in the future.
To conclude, I am in full confidence with their Technical Service and their priority seems to put you at ease into having the best support possible.
