My first purchase from Grade Mobile (order id GM232610). This was an a good price on a refurbished iPhone 15 which was delivered very quickly and was in the condition described (Excellent). Very happy with the service received and a significant saving compared to buying new. I received a small gesture from Grade Mobile for providing a constructive review, but it was not conditional on being positive.

iPhone sent was not the one ordered
On 10 June 2025 I ordered a black iPhone 14 Plus in excellent condition which was advertised on the website as being available Instead I was sent a white iPhone in good condition I returned the iPhone via the Post office which cost me almost £10 and requesteda refund Instead I was contacted with an offer to supply the original order within 14 business days On 1 July when the iPhone had still not been sent I requested a refund whic was made immediately Never received the £10 cost of postage for returning the white iPhone but at the time I did not mention it and request reimbursement

Really good, for the most part.
My experience with GradeMobile has been great for the most part. It's flexible, with plenty of options (mobile wise) with prices that aren't through the roof. Only downside I have come across is the unavailability of an early payment. I'm on my first handset with them, so cannot comment on the transfer process on a new mobile. GML229655

Vastly over quoted
The value I revised was less than half of the quoted value, despite the item being in the condition stated. Their feedback mentioned a few scratches too small to be seen by the human eye as reason for this change in the quote. Wouldn’t recommend
