Very Helpful and Was very Patient in Helping me with my issue
I received a damaged wireless dongle and used the live chat speaking to Griselda, she managed to get me a replacement sent out within minutes of speaking to her after providing photos.

I had a broken paddle on my controller, reached out to SCUF for guidance and within a few days I had a shipping box and label to send out the broken unit. Within two weeks they sent me a brand new replacement. The entire process went exactly as my SCUF contacts, Sarah and Mazy said it would go and which made me comfortable with the entire process. Thank you Sarah and Mazy!
Sehr schlechte Verarbeitung hab 2 mal den Controller zu Reparatur abgegeben jedes mal ist mehr Mals was Kapput gegangen :( Echt enttäuscht die Platine ist sogar eine einfache ps5 selbst einige ps5 Controller haben bessere Platinen hatte immer Kurzschluss weil das so schlecht verarbeitet war.Mein Kollege baut selber welche hab ihn schon 3 mal sogar den Kontroller abgegeben also niewieder werde ich dorrt was kaufen total schlecht für 300 Euro Trauung
Was kept update every step after buying the controller all the way through it being built to it being delivered. I had to contact them nearly 10 months later and couldn't access my receipt they helped me receive my receipt and help with the controller issue to!

Chez Scuf, tu payes une blinde pour de la camelote. 2 manettes commandées en décembre 2023 (une pour moi, une pour ma femme). Résultat : • La mienne morte au bout de 2 mois → retour SAV. • Celle de ma femme HS 1 mois plus tard pour la même panne. • Et cerise sur le gâteau, 1 an après, son bouton X marche une fois sur deux… → direct poubelle. Franchement ? Du plastique hors de prix, zéro fiabilité, SAV qui ne fait que recoller les morceaux. En gros : c’est une arnaque à fuir comme la peste !!!

Ich bin extrem enttäuscht von SCUF Gaming und meiner Bestellung S64317568. Laut Website sollte die Lieferung innerhalb von 7–10 Werktagen erfolgen. Bestellt habe ich am 27.07.2025, und bis heute ist nichts angekommen. Der Kontakt mit UPS ergab, dass SCUF angeblich immer auf mehrere Bestellungen wartet, um Versandkosten zu sparen. Gleichzeitig gibt SCUF selbst an, die Verzögerung liege am Zoll. Diese widersprüchlichen Aussagen wirken wie Ausreden und lassen stark daran zweifeln, dass die ursprünglich angegebenen Lieferzeiten realistisch sind. Die Kommunikation ist sehr unklar, Kundenservice enttäuschend, und das Gesamterlebnis entspricht in keiner Weise dem, was ich von einem professionellen Anbieter erwarten würde. Nach dieser Erfahrung werde ich hier definitiv nicht wieder bestellen. Offensichtlich geht es vielen anderen Kunden ähnlich. Fazit: Wenn ihr schnelle Lieferung und verlässliche Angaben erwartet, solltet ihr SCUF Gaming meiden.

jai acheter ma premiere manette il y a un ans jai deja changer 3 fois avec la garantie mais ttoujours les meme problemes qui ré apparesse apprenez a faire des produit qui tiennes dans le temps au final plus de 320 euros depenser pour rien . je deconseille nallais pas chez scuf.
Ma manette Envision Pro pour PC acheté 203 euros se déconnecte en permanence quand je joue à Rocket League. Il est impossible d'avoir le moindre humain pour ce problème au SAV, juste un chat ai qui veut me faire renvoyer la manette alors que c'est visiblement un problème logiciel et pas mécanique.
My Valor Pro has had issues with the back paddles not responding to every input and I talked with Griselda and she was fantastic. Made everything right even after I bought a new controller and the samething happened. I have a new one on the way. I was worried after I read some of the customer service reviews but they seem to have gotten better or I got them on a good day.
