I was concerned about a shipping delay, Scuf Sarah immediately refunded the shipping fees. Once I received the controller, I wanted to swap out for a different one and the responses were immediate and professional. Very pleased with Scuf Sarah and the team.

I was upset when I saw a $12.99 shipping fee added to my total on an almost $300 item. I've been saving up for a while and every bit of savings is important. I chatted with Scuf Griselda to see if the shipping could be waived. Unfortunately, they could not, BUT Scuf Griselda offered me a discount that covered shipping. I know it's not the greatest achievement ever, but little things like this, especially from a large company, lead me to recommend their products and make me a loyal customer. Thanks Griselda, you da bomb!

Ich bestellte mir den Scuf Envision Pro, welcher einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck machte und viele Funktionen bietet. Anfangs war es für mich der beste Controller. Ich kann leider nur jedem empfehlen niemals einen Controller dort zu bestellen aufgrund der Qualität. Mein erster Controller ist nach 8 Monaten (ohne häufige Nutzung) mit Stickdrift und Triggerstop Fehlfunktion ausgefallen. Daraufhin bekam ich ein Ersatzgerät, welches nach ca. 2 Monaten mit den selben Fehlern ausgefallen ist und für das Ersatzgerät gilt nur eine Garantie von 3 Monaten. Ich habe SCUF gebeten, aufgrund der minderwertigen Qualität, mir das Geld zu erstatten, da ein neuer Controller wieder nach geraumer Zeit ausfallen würde. Sie konnten mir nur ein Ausrauschgerät anbieten. Der Support ist ansonsten echt super und schnell, aber das macht das minderwertige Produkt auch nicht besser. Jeder normale 30 Euro PC Controller bietet mehr Zuverlässigkeit als die Controller von SCUF. Ich kann nur empfehlen, lieber einen anderen Hersteller zu wählen.

I was never under the impression that FedEx has a huge issue with customs clearance, and Scuf has been following this issue for weeks but fail to tell customers how their packages would take between 10-15 days. This is absolutely shady, 0 transparency. They sell EXPENSIVE controllers, but it means nothing if it never gets to you.

Très déçus de la qualité d'une manette a 260€!! j'ai acheté la scuf envision pro pour jouer principalement a rocket league et la première manette que j'ai acheté a duré 2 semaines avant que le bouton R1 casse, j'ai regardé la fixation de se bouton et il n'est fixé que sur 2mm! donc j'ai appelé le service client et il me l'ont échanger, après seulement 3 SEMAINES de livraison j'ai enfin reçu ma nouvelle manette mais bizarrement les bouton directionnelle était comme d'occasion, il forçais et n'était pas fluide mais bon point le bouton R1 n'a pas cassé en 2 semaines mais en 1 mois!! c'est quoi cette qualité sérieusement, je suis déçu d'avoir mis autant d'argent pour une manette qui casse si facilement.

0 out of 10. Absolutely will never purchase anything from here and will always steer people away. Ridiculous I paid $200 plus dollars for a controller and they refuse to fix or replace it, even if I’m willing to pay. Do NOT waste your money. EDIT: you offered me a 20% discount on another controller that would be yet another $200. The first one was the same price and it failed. Why would this be different? Why can't a million-dollar company fix its mistake? For the money I save, I could have bought your competitor, and it would have worked. SCUF worked great while it did, its a shame.

J’ai déjà acheter 2 manette scuff fuul pour ma Xbox la premier avais un bouton qui rester coincé au bout de 3mois la deuxième avais un décalage au niveau de la poignée ça faisait vraiment manette de wish mai bon j’ai quand même payer plus de 700 euro pour 2 manette, une arnaque lunaire, conclusion acheté des manette Élite a 150euro vaut bien plus le coup elles sont fiable et durable et pour le meme prix j’aurai pu en avoir 4

Unfortunately my controller trigger broke without major use which did upset me. Thankfully, customer service has been extremely kind.

I bought a PS4 controller Infinity PRO with two leavers. I spent 200 EUR on the controller. My L2 and R2 were unstable. My L2 broke only months after having used my controller, and now needs to be replaced. Own fixing is also not supported with anti-tamper screw in the controller. With my experience, I would definitely not recommend purchasing a controller.

I was having a very hard time trying to figure out my order and Griselda literally helped me not once but two times because I accidentally created two accounts and couldn’t find my order that I had !!

So I’m an American that lives in China and I went through a great deal of money and time in order to buy my Scuf Instinct Xbox controller from overseas. One year later the controller turns off mid-game and won’t turn on even an hour later. Obviously this is not due to bad batteries, as I have exhausted every option to figure this out. I will never buy a Scuf product again as high priced items shouldn’t have simple problems like this. Even (All) my regular Xbox controllers, at a fraction of the price, have had several years of absolutely no issues. Obviously I won’t deal with customer service as I live in China. I just won’t deal with Scuf again. Shop elsewhere. Hey Scuf fix your simple problems. I would be embarrassed if I owned a high end controller company and my product turned off mid-game. Please notice this isn’t a one-off issue. I read several reviews about this…

Achetée 229 € en 2023. Joystick drift apparu en mai l'année d'après, le sprint ne marche plus. Support lent, réparation payante malgré un défaut connu. Produit clairement pas fiable. Ils savent ce qu'ils font et se cachent derrière leur marketing puissant. Mais le produit n'en reste pas moins mauvais, surtout pour le prix. C'est l'équivalent d'un sac Louis Vuitton cousu par mamie avec de la laine. (sans manquer de respect aux grands-mères.)
