I’m really disappointed with my recent experience with Scuf. I ordered a controller with the expectation, based on their website, that it would arrive within a week. Almost a month later, no one from customer service could give me any clear updates on the status of my order. I eventually had to cancel and request a refund. I had purchased a controller from Scuf before and it was a fantastic experience, so it’s frustrating to see such a big difference this time. Overall, Scuf makes great products, but their customer service really let me down. The biggest issue wasn’t even the long delay — it was the complete lack of clear communication about when I could realistically expect my controller or what was causing the delay. Really hope they improve their service because their products deserve better support.
