Homebox, My experience with you has been nothing less than a nightmare and it seems many others share this frustration. Your bad reviews are all over the place. You’ve turned what should have been a stress-free purchase into a disaster. I ordered a bed and wardrobe well in advance for my family’s visit, yet your logistics team failed to deliver on time, despite my repeated requests and pleads .Their lies, unprofessionalism, and complete disregard for customer needs are unacceptable. Your bad reputation superceeds everything right now and no amount of training will help you. THAT BAD! CONTINUE SHOWING YOUR UNPROFESSIONALISM AND KEEP LOOSING YOUR CLIENT BASE - don't think there's any left though!

Worst and unprofessional customer service i ve ever seen in my life we ordered an item which was damaged during installation, the complaint was raised ref no #7206760. The replacement was approved,however even after follow up there was no timeline when i will be done.Yesterday (Friday) suddenly on working day we received call from homebox delivery team that they are gonna deliver it in half an hour when we were in office, We requested to get it delivered next day in the morning 10-12. On Friday at 1 noon we received the call from the customer service asking if we have rescheduled the delivery and we informed her the same thing that there was no prior notification she confirm that it will be delivered as per the rescheduled time tomorrow. Now in the morning when we called the customer service (Ms.Ruqaya) they were clueless abt the delivery,they said they will check and call back guess what no call back . We again called CS and this time (Ms. Thouraya) attended the call and we requested for the manager to talk to us, we wated 20 mins asking for the same they said that there is no manager available as of now. The moment we insisted that till the time the call is not transferred we won't hang up the call they transferred it to manager(Mr. Fadi). While we were explaining him the whole situation for the 3rd time, he was not even acknowledging what were saying and didn't get any solution and just siad that the will deliver it asap without even asking our availability and there is no specific time or date of delivery. Finally we were frustrated and hang up the call and they didn't even call back to resolve the issue as if they were waiting for us to hang up and hence we decided to raise this issue on social media, so that other customers are aware of the level of service standards the home box provides. This is the first and the last purchase from home box for us

I’m very disappointed with the delivery service. The package was two days late and, to make matters worse, it arrived damaged. This is unacceptable for something I was relying on to arrive in good condition and on time. To add to the frustration, the next day, the delivery team insisted on delivering a replacement at a time when I clearly informed them we would not be available. It feels like there’s a lack of coordination and understanding of customers' schedules. I expected better service, both in terms of timeliness and communication. Please work on improving your delivery processes to avoid such issues in the future.

We had a terrible experience with the store. We ordered a cupboard online, and when they came to install it, the assembly person claimed he couldn't complete the setup because there wasn't "enough space" in the room. Instead of attempting to find a solution, he simply left it unfinished. To make matters worse, a customer service representative called us - was rude and unhelpful, kept repeating "this is our policy" without offering any real assistance or consideration for the situation. It is unprofessional to expect that a room has to be completely empty just to assemble a cupboard. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend this shop to anyone.

After placing an order and after waiting for a week long scheduled delivery minutes before delivery they inform the customer that the product is damaged and customer have to cancel the order as they don't have a replacement item. Ridiculous. This is completely negligent attitude and way of working. No official email or notification was sent to the customer informing the same.

Worst experience ever. Delivery service is 0,000001 out of 10. Customer service works against the clients

Worst experience with homebox. Guys don't believe their 5 star paid google reviews. 3rd class furniture store in doha qatar. It's better to buy used furniture from qatarliving.

Doesn't deserve 1 star either, quality of the furniture is below subpar. When you are trying to contact the customer service, you will receive auto generated replies. Even the item has a warranty they will not entertain you...

We get too much disappointed from your service and stuff ! And you take too much time to solve problem that is still pending ! We bought a desk it's look like it was already used.

Shocking experience. Complaint 110266615 / invoice 94145129889. No replies. No assistance. I paid thousands for a new bed, they sent me a bed that the delivery men couldn't assemble as the parts don't match. It is a faulty bed. They are not assisting or replying.

I had a terrible experience with Home Box. I was supposed to receive my wardrobe on the 11th, but no one called or informed me of any delay. When I followed up, I was told it was rescheduled for the 15th because the item wasn’t in the warehouse. On the 15th, I received another call saying the item was damaged. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If Home Box can’t manage inventory or fulfill orders, they shouldn’t have an online store. I missed the chance to buy the same item elsewhere due to their poor service. This is the first and last time I shop here. Do better, Home Box!

Do not order from this store. They have ZERO understanding or care for their customers and are highly untrustworthy. We ordered an item 1 week ago, selected a delivery date and received a confirmation of delivery the day before it was due to be delivered. We were at home between 10am - 4pm waiting on the item and nothing arrived. When we called the “customer service” number we were told sorry but your item won’t be delivered today…..the earliest we can deliver is in 9 days!!! Despite being told and confirmed that it would be delivered today between the hours of 10-4. Unacceptable. The employee named Hannah who is the so called customer service was absolutely no help whatsoever, I don’t understand what her role really is considering she was unable to provide any sort of useful support. I asked to speak with someone else - there is no one else to speak to. I asked if I can collect the item myself - impossible due to company policies. I asked if the product is available in any of the stores so that I can go and purchase it there - there is no way for her to find out. I was given a number to contact one of the stores myself and after trying 15 times to get through still have not managed to speak to anyone.

The experience with HomeBox was terrible. I will never order from here again. The product is not as described at all, and the return policy does not allow for me to return it after opening. Their delivery drivers did not speak much english so it was very hard to comminicate. I asked to schedule delivery in the evening when I was home. And this was not possible. You cannot schedule what time of day you want something delivered. They lied about when my mattress could be delivered, advertising that it was same day delivery, and then 2 days after paying for it, they changed the delivery date to 5- 7 days. All in all, terrible experience.

I got an bad experience, in homebox!! This is happened for the first time, i have order, and its like late already,i have to follow up, i try to ask help from the agent, of homebox help centre,yes he replied,and he said,the courier, is trying to call me, and im not responding,but when i check my phone, no one is calling me, or trying to call me,even no misscall,and he said the courier put back the item in the warehouse, or store,and i said okay, i will not expect for that anymore, he even suggested to order again the item that i wanted, when i left home same day, courier called me, and he said im outside ur door, collect ur order, and i said what?? But the agent said u return it back already, thats why i dont expect anymore, but he kept sayin,noooo u order this,and he is very angry he shout!! And said next time if u dont need dont order!!

Extremely untrustworthy. They have zero value for customers. I ordered 2 beds and mattresses today. I had my pin near me expecting a call frm them any time. I called them up anyways to confirm the time to know that the deleivery had been rescheduled. I threw all my old bed n mattress yesterday. Now we hav to sleep on the floor untill a new one comes. Very disappointing. I have little kids too.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service and customer support I received following my purchase of a wardrobe from your company. Unfortunately, the experience has fallen far below the standards I expected from a reputable brand. Firstly, the customer support representative I interacted with and her name was Lama in dubai office was unprofessional and, at times, disrespectful, and arrogant which left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Additionally, the delivery and assembly team displayed an unhelpful and arrogant attitude, with behavior that was both dismissive and disrespectful. This made the entire experience frustrating and disappointing. If a rating below one star existed, I would have certainly chosen it. In today’s competitive market, I trust that top management, along with anyone who reviews this message, will understand the importance of exceptional service and take serious action to prevent further incidents. Unfortunately, unprofessional behavior—especially from those on the frontlines of customer service—can greatly damage a company’s reputation. I urge you to consider taking action with those who do not reflect the values of quality and respect. This whole terrible experience today, ended by returning back the item. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to seeing any steps you may take to address these issues and to ensure a better experience for future customers.
