An excellent customer experience
We live in Orkney and delivery can be an issue for couriers from South. Don't really know why this is as loads of Scottish delivery companies and Royal Mail have no issues. Tia who handled my order let me know there was an issue with delivery and went well be beyond the level of service I'd expected in order to source a reasonably priced alternative delivery company and keep me updated to date with progress. I will certainly deal with Builder's Emporium again as the customer service I received was excellent. Thank you Tia.
