Homebox Stores Reviews

Home box team kept calling after my complaint insisting me that the items were damaged during the move.. not a single word about being damaged by their staff. Accusing that I lied!!!! Unbelievable team with total untrustworthy management to deal with! Not anymore ever and don’t advise anyone!!!

The poor rating is extremely clear and justified. They sell defective products and offer no refunds. Spend your money literally ANYWHERE by here.

They brought a bed, broke it during assembly and hid it to the wall, and left without informing. I informed them the next day, raised complaint and that’s it!!!! Story ended with millions of emails and calls, with their “inspection” which confirmed the bed cannot be fixed, the 4drawer chest was broken the next day while moving, proving they sell only the “junk” that doesn’t last a day!!!! Poorest customer service of incompetent people who weren’t able to do anything leaving the case unsolved, raising complaint number one after another!!! Most disappointing regretting experience faced with total time wasters behind this scam!!! If you care about your time, nerves and the money you spend, HOME BOX is a wrong place to shop! Here is another complaint case they love to raise which they UNABLE TO SOLVE!! Kindly be informed your complaint has been registered for Order ID (9484647662 ) with us under reference # 5831088.

They just simply ignore my Compaint after giving a hope to customer that item have 2 years warranty but till now nothing replied and update. I.will not recommend the service of homebox so ashame how they treat their customer. #9589234509

Bad experience from the staff and the manager at Al Zahia Mall Sharjah, we liked one dining table and there was mentioned the price on the table very clear. When we decided to take it. Then the staff mentioned that sorry this price not for this type. Unfortunately we got upset and left the stroe with very bad experience. Not recommended

not professional workers, terrible quality. They don’t want to solve the problem, worse experience I have ever had.

Homebox used to be reliable, but in my last two experiences, there were significant issues. It seems like their product quality has declined, and customer service is lacking. Despite claiming delivery, they only provided the bed from a 6-piece bedroom set. They demanded full payment upfront, even though the side table was missing, and only after payment did they reveal other issues, like a faulty bed quality and incorrect dressing table doors. I had to book a hotel for guests due to the incomplete delivery. When I contacted Homebox for a refund, they stated they don't have a refund policy, leaving me with subpar furniture and no resolution. This is a request don’t pay them first otherwise they will not be responsible for any thing

Worst ever home delivery service. This is the second time this has happed to me. Delivery date and time are never honored. Excuses given that I had asked to put the delivery on hold, which I never did. Complete disappointment.

I have come across the homebox KSA very unprofessional attitude on my order which was placed on 11th January and despite of giving the delivery date and timing of morning 21st January 2024, they failed to do so and now blaming us for missing the order by giving alternate delivery date of 6th February. It looks their customer care do not wants to go through the evidences rather taking a very casual approach. I tried to write as message on Twitter which they have deleted. I have no faith now I want to cancel and my money back from them. Please note that they have worst delivery and customer care approach which is very unprofessional.

If I could give Homebox a 0 I would. Made the mistake of accidentally ordering off them via Noon again. Confirmed the delivery 3 times but still they don't show up.

Die wollen nur für Preisangaben Vorname Nachname und sogar email haben ohne die Info werden keine Mietpreise gegeben. Ich halte das für datenklau

Worst service ever they gave me three appointments for delivery and they didn't deliver the item and after complaining they came and didn't know how to fix my item please avoid this buying from them

Very bad quality furniture and extremely unprofessional staff with no ability how to communicate for any query.

They can not manage warehouse and derivery date. I bought sofa and they scheduled 8 of Jan morning. But they didn't deliver, they didn't call. I called customer center, she said it's not our problem. They said the problem is from warehouse. The warehouse is not home box? I can not understand what is she saying. Even home box staff called me last Friday to confirm delivery time and date. She said 8th of Jan morning. What is this. Delay is ok, but I'm tired about their lie and excuse. They have bad system.

The worst customer service ever, I called them so many times requesting to install the chairs. They didn’t do anything and they didn’t follow up I have requested to get the customer service manager email or number, they refused to give it to me and they were very impolite specially a guy called Khalid he was very rude. It’s been 7 days and they didn’t do anything

I order full bed room set to be delivered to 3 rd Jan 2024 Home box the worst experience the bigning of the year deliver timing was 10 am to 2 pm but no one inform or call I had to call them and ask the where is my item any the person who answer his name is Abdullah the worst customer service giver he inform me he don’t know when my item to deliver cause one of the item is missing. So I have to wait for another delivery but he don’t even now when to be .

Minus minus is the rate for HOMEBOX!!! First, they delivered damaged nightstand. When I asked them for replacement, they said it’s “usage-related” (mesning I scratched the product) and won’t be able to replace it🤦🏻‍♀️ plus it took them 2 weeks to reply. Second, we got the matress as well. After only one month of usage, it’s ruined. They even sent their technicians to confirm, they did, still no action taken from homebox! Very disappointed. Truly unprofessional/rude staff, lack of knowlegde and ot top extremely low products quality!

Extremely dubious company. Ordered something via their official site on Amazon. They subsequently tried to charge me shipping which was included. Then they failed to deliver the items on time and finally, I discovered they were selling the same product on their own website for 14% cheaper. I tried contacting them via Amazon and got an out-of-office response saying they'd be back in one week. To be avoided.

Please make this complaint text as professional as possible: Worst purchase ever! I went to the store in Oasis mall on dec 27th to buy an item. I was promised and ensured delivery on dec 31st as I told them I won’t available in January. A person who might be an assistant manager made some phone calls to ensure delivery on Dec 31st , and he said that it’s confirmed. The system was down so they had to issue me a manual invoice which clearly states delivery in Dec 31st, signed by me and the salesperson. I made the purchase provided that I will be delivered the item on Dec 31, as I won’t be available in January. The very next morning (today) I receive a text message stating that the delivery will be in Jan 4th! I was shocked by that, as I clearly mentioned yesterday that I will only buy the item if it gets delivered on Dec 31st, and they agree and arranged it and got the invoice accordingly. So I called the customer service line and use the WhatsApp customer service to voice my concern about this delivery date error, only to be faced by “this invoice is manual , we can’t do anything to help you, the system says January 4th therefore it will be delivered in January 4th!” The person on the chat box made me seem like a liar saying that I bought it without a delivery date although I clearly mentioned that the person who was helping me ( probably an assistant manager) made phone calls to ensure delivery was set on Dec 31st, and after he was positive of the delis date he came to me and told me it’s confirmed so I made the payment and is clearly shown in the invoice. The person in the chat box made me seem like a liar by completely ignoring the sequence of event and saying delivery date has not been assigned due to the system being down which is NOT the client’s fault and shouldn’t suffer from it. He texted “You have confirmed in this chat that store system was down which means you have been provided with the invoice you have before placing the order in the system and before booking the delivery which is why the invoice you have does not have an invoice or order number”. Highly unprofessional! I need my delivery to arrive on Dec 31st as promised to maintain the store’s credibility.
