Extremely disappointed.
The experience with HomeBox was terrible. I will never order from here again. The product is not as described at all, and the return policy does not allow for me to return it after opening. Their delivery drivers did not speak much english so it was very hard to comminicate. I asked to schedule delivery in the evening when I was home. And this was not possible. You cannot schedule what time of day you want something delivered. They lied about when my mattress could be delivered, advertising that it was same day delivery, and then 2 days after paying for it, they changed the delivery date to 5- 7 days. All in all, terrible experience.
