Her management of the contractors and process has been very efficient and effective including overcoming problems. She has been prompt and responsive and communicated clearly and in a timely manner. There are not stars low enough to rate this company. They are not even a 1 star. Absolutely APPALLING service. Took our money and did NOTHING. Kept shifting staff around - so that a new person was always taking over our account. Hardly any site visits. Ver negative responses from staff when we contacted them. I cannot stress enough that if you are thinking of using them, DON'T.

I would like to mention BECCA SMITH. When my gas engineer received a parking fine for visiting my property for annual gas inspection, BECCA SMITH immediately understood the issue and moved swiftly and decisively to have the charged waived since this was a trade visit. It took me 1 email only and quick resolution. Her exchanges with me, but also polite, professional and courteous.

While our project at Sarda House had been ongoing with various challenges, Leigh Parker's engagement truly marked a turning point. Right from the moment Leigh stepped in, their positive impact was super clear! They brought a much-needed sense of calm and showed off some serious expertise, pulling all the project pieces together and getting us smoothly to the finish line. We have had an extremely poor experience with Prime Property Management. Our property has suffered from major leaks and flooding—not once but twice in the past year. Despite the seriousness of the situation, including the tenant being forced to vacate and stay in alternative accommodation, building management have consistently failed to take responsibility or provide clear answers. Even more frustrating, we have been asking them for over a month to share the email correspondence they claim to have sent to the insurers to progress our claim. We even copied the Managing Director of the company into the email chain, and yet there has still been no movement whatsoever. To date, they have not provided any evidence, updates, or meaningful support. Communication is slow, dismissive, and lacking in any sense of urgency or accountability. Overall, this has caused significant stress, inconvenience, and financial impact, and we would strongly caution other leaseholders or landlords about engaging with this company.
