Poor e commerce service
After placing an order and after waiting for a week long scheduled delivery minutes before delivery they inform the customer that the product is damaged and customer have to cancel the order as they don't have a replacement item. Ridiculous. This is completely negligent attitude and way of working. No official email or notification was sent to the customer informing the same.
