“I bought an item from the store and paid extra for delivery and assembly. They scheduled a week later to come, but when they arrived, some parts were missing, and they didn’t complete the installation. They left the parts at my home without assembling them, saying they would return the day after tomorrow, but they didn’t show up. We keep calling the store, but there is no response. To this day, they haven’t come, and the parts are still unassembled, with no action taken on their part!”
