Do not order from this store. They have ZERO understanding or care for their customers and are highly untrustworthy. We ordered an item 1 week ago, selected a delivery date and received a confirmation of delivery the day before it was due to be delivered. We were at home between 10am - 4pm waiting on the item and nothing arrived. When we called the “customer service” number we were told sorry but your item won’t be delivered today…..the earliest we can deliver is in 9 days!!! Despite being told and confirmed that it would be delivered today between the hours of 10-4. Unacceptable. The employee named Hannah who is the so called customer service was absolutely no help whatsoever, I don’t understand what her role really is considering she was unable to provide any sort of useful support. I asked to speak with someone else - there is no one else to speak to. I asked if I can collect the item myself - impossible due to company policies. I asked if the product is available in any of the stores so that I can go and purchase it there - there is no way for her to find out. I was given a number to contact one of the stores myself and after trying 15 times to get through still have not managed to speak to anyone.
