I had a terrible experience with this store. I ordered a cupboard online, and when they came to install it, the assembly person claimed he couldn't complete the setup because there wasn't "enough space" in the room. Instead of attempting to find a solution, he simply left it unfinished. To make matters worse, a customer service representative named Lama called me and was shockingly rude and unhelpful. She kept repeating "this is our policy" without offering any real assistance or consideration for the situation. It is unprofessional to expect that a room has to be completely empty just to assemble a cupboard. I am highly disappointed and would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Homebox?? NEVER EVER!!! After complaining about damaged furniture, after delivery and built up, they send you every week a Email, that they are sorry, but they team will get in touch for a inspection (detectable) .....NO ONE is calling and NO ONE is coming or calling and after month's they stop conversation.....that's how they treat their customers.....NEVER EVER AGAIN!!

Never seen such a bad service ever Ordered furniture 10 days ago, still didnt ship They dont answer emails they barely answer calls Theyre telling me theyve been filing complaints on my order, but nothing is changing Im asking for a cancelation and refund …. Theyre saying they cant do it now. Dont order from there ! Horrible

If I could give zero stars I would! I bought an Elektra dome kettle that wouldn't switch on after just two months. Homebox refused to repair or replace because I didn't keep the original packaging. They also claimed the product only had a 30 day warranty ( which is bs) They have now lost a customer and I'm going on every review site I can to let people know how they treat their customers.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! I bought a wardrobe online, and they cancel it with no reason, waiting for 2 weeks and they don’t provide any update, I lose my time texting by email and WhatsApp, no one answer you NEVER. Don’t loose your time and your money with them.

Very bad experience , bought dofa bed with warranty 2 years , use only 6 month then got broken . Customer service very bad , they are telling only repairing is accrptable no refund and no replacement even , waste of money

Purchased a sofa bed a year ago, a normal night while me and wife sitting on it then suddenly one of the footings broke down (Both of us have normal weight). The next day we contacted them and requested for a repair since it has a 2 year warranty on the product. Unfortunately they can't repair it and as per them they can able to repair only minimal issues, really? To make this short, wouldn't recommend buying items here, I just wasted my money. Bad customer service and their response to email was like auto generated everything is the same.

Genuinely the worst experience I've had trying to get a part replaced on the bed that was delivered and broke within 2 days of usage - it's been over 40 days since it got delivered and their team keeps saying "escalated to the team" - would not recommend if the alternative was sleeping on the ground.

Very poor customer support and product is also not good. Wood is infected with insect and they didn’t accept his mistake. From day1 I am facing issue. Fixing time they broke 1 part and not replaced yet . We found manufacturer defect but they didn’t change. Even they send quality guy they record the video and said it’s manufactured defect still they didn’t take any action and replace damage part with damaged product. I bought bed in April

I bought a table of a very bad quality, wrong measurements mentioned on their website (actual height is 45 cm but they mentioned 50 cm), down shelf edges so sharp that you'll cut your skin whenever you hit it by mistake which happens a lot specially with kids. so slow in responding to complaints and asked for a photo of me measuring the height of the table with a measuring tape which i did then insisting that a team should visit me to check the height of the table first and then they will decide what to do (what a joke) i will never buy again from this company.

Very bad customer service! We bought a whole bedroom 3 days ago and until now everyday they come to fix it and they have missing parts. It is a whole mess!!!!

Very bad materials and services. When we asked for repair after one month the made us wait for them to come for one month then they said they can not help us.

Terrible experience...no returns accepted as per their policy, once "installed"...That's why they insist to fix the simple table at home...Customer service is a joke. They will tell you what you want to listen...everyday will say we will check with"High management" and nothing will happened next. Think twice before purchasing there

I had a horrible experience with Home Box, after waiting for a week, they delivered late in the day, and they complained that there was not enough light, and not cool enough for assembly after I complained to Home Box, they replayed they would deliver in one more week but if our condition is not meet you can cancel the order in a few days and will get the refund after 30 days. Terrible customer service, Think 2 times before purchasing

Very poor customer service. I have placed at least 4 to 5 orders with them where they have delivered all the orders on the right location. But from my last 2 deliveries they have made a big headache for me to receive my orders. 1 st order they mentioned the wrong number and kept on calling someone else for the delivery and delayed my delivery for 4 to 5 days. On my 2nd delivery they have give wrong location to the rider and he denied to deliver. And the customer care asked me to placed the request again. This is is not my concern if your team is keep on providing the wrong information to the delivery team every time. Same like you guys we also have jobs to do and i have taken personal off to get this stupid delivery. And am so pissed that they canceled. Never buying from them again. And check my history in your system before contacting me. Don’t go to them they are scam.

I have had a very bad experience with home box Bahrain,your customer service is very bad nobody answers calls my delivery delays for now this is the 10th day trying to get in touch with the customer service team to know what’s going on nobody answering it’s a very bad experience this is going to be my first and last purchase from home box

Very Veey Bad Servixe from Home Box UAE, I Ordered my furniture's on 2nd August, paid 150 AED for delivwey , they delivered the damaged item on 5th August and promised me they will replace and fix the new product on the next day, but now 48 hours over still I did not get my delivery and customer care do not have any information about my delivwey and they said they will come back to me with update withing 2 to 5 working days

Bought an aloe Vera mattress. It arrived and I unzipped the cover to straighten the actual mattress out. It was filthy dirty. Instead of exchanging it with a nice clean one, they wanted to pick it up and I could order a new. This won’t be happening! Usually if they don’t do exchanges, it’s usually because they know there’ll be something wrong with the next. They did pick it up fast and refunded my money the day after! I’d definitely avoid using these after the negative feedback here!

This shop doesn't even deserve 1 star! They deliver damaged furniture and refuse to exchange or refund. Don't ever buy anything from them and don't pay them through PayPal. They scammed me and never returned my money although I paid with PayPal.

every company has policies. how transparent and easy they wish to make the experience and journey for the customer is up to them. Homebox however has one or the rudest customer service team and fake apology speech that they say on repeat. May as well deal with robots. go to Pan Home. save yourself the grief.
