Ex-Freight Zeta Reviews

Worse experience so far and i cannot believe whats happenning. Nobody infomed anything other than sending bills outside of the agreed price, apperently the driver left wothout informing and left my package in some whrehouse where they dont share me the adress unless i pay more. They ask to pay 600+ etra dollars and this company is practically blackmailing you saying if you dont pay whatever they put on bills we add you more costs saying it is my fault that i couldnt unload the package. Truck came totally out of the blue no communication whatsoever and left without informing. I never felt so bad doinbg business with any company as with this one. Stay as far as you can , find any other company or better you stay away from this company if you dont want to fall in to the same trap of fake price offerings at freightos where actual cost is much higher and fake customer care. update : they have secretly charged another 400+ dollars to my credit card saying that package was 15 cm longer than it was initially provided. huh unbelievable. Stay away at any cost from this company. I have lost my nerves... avoid this company this cannot be ethicle. I am trying with freigtos to stop this unfair charges. The package they said cost me 1600 dollars is now over 2200 dollars and i still get bills telling i need to pay some loading and unloading fees that occurs due to their internal things that we have no clue

Danielle Panasuk is incredibly efficient, responsive and continually goes above and beyond to solve the issues of all her customers.

Noelle consistently demonstrates extraordinary customer service and professional knowledge. Lynna ASAP Transport Solutions, Inc.

Dishonest. Ask for more money after picking up your cargo, effectively asking for ransom. Dealt with them twice and each time they create nothing but problems.

Charles impressed me with his knowledge and patience with me. I believe this will lead to the mutual longterm cooperation and business relationship.

YOU'VE MISSED PICKING UP A SHIPMENT FROM US 2 DAYS IN A ROW. NOT EVEN 1 STAR. ZERO STARS.

Ms. Danielle Panasuk was able to resolve an invoice with an insurance company for work our firm completed involving a small claim for Ex-Freight. Her assistance was greatly appreciated.

My shipment (poker table) was damaged. The seller paid for insurance, but the claim was denied based on technicalities. I have submitted my request for damages on 23rd of February 2020. The reply was received on 14th September 2020, i.e. almost six months later!! I will avoid the company and will definitely let the seller know that they should avoid this freighter.

Noelle Setticase was extremely helpful with my shipment that I needed help with. I would like to give a big thank you!

Duvan was extremely quick with responses and closed the problem quickly. thank you, Seacoast Logistics

Hi, I received wonderful service from Triston Jones. I called to ask a question regarding how to fill out a form and got his voice mail. I didn't bother to leave a message but he called me back minutes later and helped me out. Great service Tristan!!

Tendered a shipment over to ExFreight that was supposed to pickup on 5/20. it is not 5/27 and the carrier has still not picked up. Emailed during business hours yesterday on 5/26/20 at 0749EST and got no responses, then emailed again today to finally get an answer saying that they did not have an appointment. Our shipper is a FCFS shipper and there are no appointments needed. The online portal showed a delay and that is why I reached out, but didnt get an answer until I reached out again more than 24 hours later. now we're 7 days later and it's supposedly on schedule to pick up now

Noelle is always on top of her game. Fast and reliable. She is always a pleasure to deal with.

This is way over due! I give Jacyln Regolic 5 STARS. My first container shipment, could of been an ordeal, but was not. My situation was I thought I had 4 days to get a 20' container. I had less than 24 hrs. If not, customer would have paid to relocate goods and storage fees. Told Jaclyn what I was up against, she took the lead. Jaclyn made it happen the next day. -arrange delivery of container -arranged Fumigation-Auction house did not know anything about-how too -Chassis/Drayage -Explaining what docs are needed-VGM SOLAS fee Her attention to details and dedication to her job took the pressure off me. Thank you Stan Cromer

Amazing service. Driver was a breath of fresh air and rays of sunshine during this fearful and uncertain time. Cheerful, happy and willing to do whatever he could to make the delivery smooth and easy for us. He was truly special. Thank you....

ExFreight is incredible! Their team is quick to respond and helps me solve problems!

ExFreight is not reliable!!! This is the third time that a shipment of our has been misplaced and unaccounted for in TWO months. UNREAL.

Noelle is the best

We (InXpress 212) had a HOT shipment for a customer; to the Canary Islands; which after Booking it was found that the cnee address was incomplete: "HOT SHIPMENT - Export to Canary Islands - 1578620290". Kevin has been above and beyond cooperative on this and as a result of his attention the shipment will deliver on time!! We and our end-customer could not be happier. Thank you ExFreight!!
