Ex-Freight Zeta Reviews

Two of your reps did the impossible for me and my client today and I could write a 10 page essay singing their praises. I normally never leave reviews in anything in my life but Racheal Draughn and Cailynn Kelley helped me salvage an international air shipment for one of my best clients. Rachael helped answer my clients questions about international shipments out of China since they were getting hoodwinked by FedEx so thanks to Rachael I was able to maximize profit all while saving my client money and building up more trust. When it came time to book I was struggling with my corporate office and was having a hard time getting help. Cailynn came in and did everything imaginable to make this shipment work when my OWN COMPANY was moving too slow on the draw. I've now got my corporate in line with what's needed but since this was a time sensitive shipment if I would have waited on my company to get this sorted I would have lost the sale and had an upset client. Literally without Rachael and Cailynn I don't know how I could have been able to make this happen and I'm absolutely ecstatic with the service and support they have provided me throughout my time using Exfreight but ESPECIALLY today! They are the dream team of international shipments and you truly have two of the best reps I've ever had the pleasure of working with so be sure to treat them nice and appreciate them as there are no other reps out there as smart, supportive, and creative as those two. I work with freight companies, clients, customer service reps etc on a daily basis and have encountered many different people and not one of them has made as positive of an impression on me as those two I really can't say it enough. They are the best and I wish there were more people like them out there!

Triston was FANTASTIC! - I have never had a Customs Broker that was so efficient and thorough.

I have a background as a Customer Service Manager and Noelle went above and beyond to make sure my situation was handled. I just want to highlight her level of excellence ad this has saved me a lot of time on this Friday afternoon. I would highly recommend her to anyone of our partners for future shipments!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They used a third party hauler who lost our equipment on the way to a trade show. They only located the equipment after a week of searching after the trade show was completed losing 8K for my company. After claiming they would help us make a claim to our insurance provider and the 3rd party they are basically just standing behind their terms and conditions as they are not responsible for incidentals. This would not be incidental if they did not hire a third party hauler that lost our equipment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR PRODUCTS AND AVOID AT ALL COST FOR TRADE SHOWS!!! Im already looking into legal representation against this company.

I am a UK client, i was requesting an urgent update on an Amazon delivery appointment, Noelle Setticase responded immediately with the details. My customer was very pleased with the response time. Ross / Aver Logistics UK

Dana Koloski, has been a real pain to work with. Her attitude even through an email is just uncalled for. I have never dealt with such bad customer service.

Worst service I have ever gotten!!! So rude and not helpful, I would never ever recomend anyone to use Ex-Freight. Juliana Radulescu I hope your manager will teach you how to behave towards customers.

Spoke with Daniel and he explained the reason for invoicing late. He was very helpful. Thank you!

Noelle Setticase was fast and efficient.

Goods have been lost. Continually chase for update. Response is always "will chase the agent". Not good enough. Zero idea where out shipment is.

I like the fact that Dana is proactive when it comes to issues that arise with drayage moves. She's quick to step in and find out what is going on to fix things in a timely manner.

The service I receive is prompt and professional. My customer agent (Andreea) is very proactive, anticipates problems and continues to have them on her radar. I am very satisfied with her service and would no like to change her as my customer agent.

Accounting Manager Tim B is great to work with. He responds quickly to requests and gets payments done on time.

Noelle is AWESOME to work with. --PPLUS

Great customer service from Roger Skistmas. he helped me with all my questions and walked me through the procedure. I have never shipped freight internationally before and he took the time to make sure it was handled correctly and professionally. Thank you Roger.

Andrea is on her game!

bad service it takes almost 10 days to make a pick up and when i want to submit a claim i just get a DENIED this is not a good customer service

Sadly, Ex-Freight Zeta does not deliver on the value proposition they offer. They fail to communicate effectively with the carriers they subcontract and cause nothing but delays, frustration, and dramatic wasted effort and energy. My shipment has gone more than a week past the quoted date of pickup and they continue to fail spectacularly to pick it up, often sending no trucks at all, or, repeatedly cluelessly sending the same truck that is too small to pickup the shipment then wondering why it doesn't get loaded when the truck is already full. (Yes, really, they're that bad). They repeatedly provided misinformation and outright lies. I strongly recommend avoiding these folks and shopping around on other marketplaces like say Load Smart or Freight OS and picking alternatives. Their continued ineptitude has forced me into the formal dispute process with Freight OS where I originally booked their service and as of the time of writing, it's still a mystery whether they'll get their act together or whether I'll have to wait for said dispute process to conclude before I can get my money back.

Noelle Setticase went the extra mile on shipment HARRIS-1627569607. The freight was scheduled to be picked up on 7/30, the carrier fell down and Noelle spent considerable time on the phone with the carrier in an attempt to get the freight picked up on the 30th. The freight was rescheduled for 8/2, the carrier again fell down and Noelle worked with the carrier to have another driver assigned for pick up on the 2nd.

Nice communisation, fast
