My shipment (poker table) was damaged / damage not reimbursed

My shipment (poker table) was damaged. The seller paid for insurance, but the claim was denied based on technicalities. I have submitted my request for damages on 23rd of February 2020. The reply was received on 14th September 2020, i.e. almost six months later!! I will avoid the company and will definitely let the seller know that they should avoid this freighter.
