Every item delivered as promised.The sofa bed seating was not as large as I thought but overall great furniture and beds.I had a great 2 man team, deliver 9 large items They done the job professionally with a smile on there faces.Stay happy chaps

2 man delivery to room of choice. Only one man got out of the van, the other stayed in it. When told it was a 2 man delivery, he said no and wanted help carrying items in. Very disappointed

Great service and product!

The delivery company kept me informed of the 3hour window and then made contact on the morning of delivery and advised how close they were and estimated time. Both guys were polite and careful in the delivery to room of choice and ensured I was happy with the items before asking me to sign for the delivery

Great fast, on time delivery.

Two new sofas with delivery promised to room of choice. Only managed my garden. The two man crew had limited English language skills. When I pointed out damage to both boxes that the sofas were in, they just said “Don’t worry, it’s ok. If any damage just contact shop and they will collect.” When they tried to bring the first box through the front door, it wouldn’t fit. The box was a lot wider than the sofa inside. They refused to take the sofa out of the box, but agreed to take both boxes round to my back garden. They reluctantly waited while I quickly opened the boxes to check for damage. There was none. When I asked them to take the sofas to our living room they said they weren’t allowed to touch the contents of the boxes. But then they said that “as an extra service” (ie for extra payment) they would try to carry the sofas into the room of our choice. I refused to be conned like this and let them go. I’m 78 and together with my wife and niece, we carried the sofas in on our own. Beautiful sofas. Rubbish delivery service.
