I was really happy that my car got to me intact with no losses however I wasn’t happy with the price change. I was quoted $675 when I signed my contract, and when it was time for the move I was changed $980 and my car got there 3 days later than my contract signing date. I gave them plenty of notice for the move(2 months) but they weren’t on top of things.

Raymond made a very difficult experience into one that was more than barnacle. He was a pleasure to work with and very along the way. I would highly recommend him and Sonic for your shipping needs!

Had my car transported from Washington state to Cape Coral Florida . Communication with driver was great , my car arrived in about 5 days everything was intact . Highly recommend sonic auto transportation.🙌🏻

There were some weather related issues in Texas which caused some delays.. however, Raymond was really good about keeping me updated. Issues with Mother Nature are out of our control.. I just want to be kept informed and Raymond was very good and worked hard to keep me notified.

Worked with David to have my car shipped from Tampa, FL to St. Louis, MO. Upon getting a quote from David, we were able to have a carrier secured within 1 hour. The car was picked up the same day! We had the drivers info who provided us updates on his ETA when he was 3, 2 and 1 stops away from me. I would definitely reccomend David and Sonic Auto for any car moves!

* edit with reply to company saying i canceled I have screen shots of our messages. Your driver canceled thursday and on friday. You guys did not message me untill the following Wednesday saying you were still looking for new driver. The dates are there in the messages i did not cancel i asked for a refund since it had already been 5 days and still no new carrier was assigned. Stop lying!!! Booked contract on a wednesday that it would be picked up next day Thursday. So thursday is 1 day. Then friday is 2 days. Then following monday is 3 days. Then tuesday is 4 days. Then wednesday the day you guys said you are still looking for a driver is 5 business days. You guys are crooks. Order # 21038555 Booked sonic for a car haul on wednesday june 25th and told them i needed it picked up by july 3rd. and they said they can pickup next morning thursday the 26th. Next morning thursday came then they pushed it to later that day. Then they pushed it to next day friday. Then next day friday carrier said they were not able to pick up vehicle. 5 days later july 3rd they message me saying they are still looking for a driver. I told them i wanted a refund as it still hasnt been picked up and i needed it picked up as i was getting charged storage fees and after july 3rd they would mark it as an abandonment. They ended up canceling and charging my card $200. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I worked with Robin who was very helpful and responsive! The overall process was pretty smooth and I had no issues getting my car shipped from coast to coast.

Robin at Sonic Auto Transport helped me to transported my car from San Francisco to Chicago safe and sound. He was very flexible with date and time for delivery. It was my first time to look for a car transportation and did not feel comfortable at first. I could contact drive during the transportation if I have question and I got answer right back. I would use this service again.

I recommend this company 100% they are very professional, the guy who helped me was Robin Vasquez he did awesome from start to end.. and the guy who transported my car from Florida to Maryland 10/10 he said one time and that was the time that he picked up and dropped off.. if I have to move again I will definitely contact them.

Originally scheduled with a different company to ship my newly purchased boat a few states over. That company kept pushing the pick up date and couldn’t find a driver. Sonic reached out to me, had a driver in the area and picked the boat up THAT DAY! Communication was excellent, even when the trailer had a few complications, the driver made the correct decision to protect the load. I would not hesitate to use again
