BAD SERVICE! I've been communicating with their LTL Operations Dispatcher and have provided ALL information so that the pick-up will run smoothly! BUT NO! The shipment is not picked up TODAY and was rescheduled for tomorrow!!!! DUE to his lapses!!!! This is the 1st shipment of my client and you guys RUINED it!!!! BADLY!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
Kevin was on the ball! for this very important shipment. We had lots to do and get done while this shipment was moving. and we got everything we needed and even got precleared due to the hard work put in. No informaion and no delivery, We have a shipment of one pallet that was picked on Augugst 14, 2019. As of Septmember 5 we have not been provided tracking information, the name of the carrier or the whereabouts of this shipment. Hopefully, somebody from Ex-Freight Zeta will read this and get back to me. Extremely unhappy with this impossibly bad service.
