I hope I never have to deal with them…
I hope I never have to deal with them again. It was a mess that lastet more than 2 weeks, and ended with me having to agree to pay for extra fees - without they giving me an invoice so I could see what I was paying for. They asked if I had a customs broker in Switzerland - when my adress is in Norway... I pre-paid for door-to-door delivery, but they charged extra for residential area and tail lift ++. I changed to a friends workadress in an idustrial area, so they didn't need a tail lift. But when they came it was with a tail lift... They used so many days that easter came, and they don't deliver on the holidays, so then they charged for storage... I can not have been their first private customer...? Stay away!
