Worse experience so far and i cannot believe whats happenning. Nobody infomed anything other than sending bills outside of the agreed price, apperently the driver left wothout informing and left my package in some whrehouse where they dont share me the adress unless i pay more. They ask to pay 600+ etra dollars and this company is practically blackmailing you saying if you dont pay whatever they put on bills we add you more costs saying it is my fault that i couldnt unload the package. Truck came totally out of the blue no communication whatsoever and left without informing. I never felt so bad doinbg business with any company as with this one. Stay as far as you can , find any other company or better you stay away from this company if you dont want to fall in to the same trap of fake price offerings at freightos where actual cost is much higher and fake customer care. update : they have secretly charged another 400+ dollars to my credit card saying that package was 15 cm longer than it was initially provided. huh unbelievable. Stay away at any cost from this company. I have lost my nerves... avoid this company this cannot be ethicle. I am trying with freigtos to stop this unfair charges. The package they said cost me 1600 dollars is now over 2200 dollars and i still get bills telling i need to pay some loading and unloading fees that occurs due to their internal things that we have no clue
