Terrible service so far, they missed the collection date yesterday and there doesn’t seem to be a single person in the offices to pick up the phone to find out what’s going on or when the collection is even being made. Edit: it is your U.K. ops offices I am dealing with, they never answer the phones, lines are always buys from 9am until 5pm GMT. I’ve just been informed this morning you can’t even manage to collect today 28th (original collection Wednesday 26th) your U.K. offices are a complete joke, I don’t believe anyone knows what they are doing over here, at this point I’m expecting a full refund and you can ship my item for free as the service I’ve currently received isn’t worth a single penny/cent!

Freight was supposed to deliver last Thursday (5/13), was delayed to Friday, then delayed to today and I just got a voicemail that it will arrive to the jobsite tomorrow. The work is already done and don't even need the equipment at this point. Very, very frustrating.

I would like to report the very professional service that I received from the Exfreight team. I had a very messy shipment that I booked which we realized a few days into transit needed to be returned to the shipper. There were numerous changes to the shipment (we had to turn the shipment around, then we needed to explore expedited options, then we resolved to recover it with our own truck at the carrier's terminal) which complicated the situation, but Jill, Noelle, and probably a few other team members involved did a great job helping us resolve the issue and as a result this shipment went a lot more smoothly than it would have been otherwise. EXCELLENT communication was provided between Exfreight, us, and the carrier. Our client is very happy as well.

Noelle is truly my saving grace! I do not think I have ever run into an issue she can not solve. As much as I am sure I bother her on a daily she is always so kind and so helpful! Thank you Noelle for always being the best!

Hi Can you help i am trying to answer all your questions yet still my shipment is 7 days in the UK and all I am getting is sorry its gone to my junk folder. Terrible, rude, unhelpful. They attempted to charge for services they didnt provide and lied on the phone.

Company is deceiving. Not honest about approximate shipping time. It will take double the time they have promised. Multiple delays.

The complete ignorance of this company astounds me. we paid for our shipment on the 4th. on the 12th we receive an email saying that delivery is due tomorrow but there is a 1700 charge for storage! they won't answer their phone or respond to emails. they basically blackmail you into paying these extortionate fees or you won't get your product. I recommend you avoid this company at all costs unless you want hefty charges Update: after paying £1700 to release my cargo I get informed that delivery will happen tomorrow!!!!!!! they can't even keep their shallow promise of delivering

Too many delays, not getting updates until too late. It’s been 2 months I haven’t gotten my shipment. When I talked to the agent he just blame the third party booking and didn’t try to help.

I was having trouble understanding a reconsignment on an ocean shipment, and Jaclyn Regoli hopped in to help clear up the confusion. She broke the situation down in such clear, simple language that it finally made sense, and she did it without making me feel stupid. Thank you Jaclyn!
