I have ordered a basket in total paid $100.00 plus taxes on April 15, 2020 for my bosses retirement. I have asked them to change the date to be received on Monday, April 20, 2020 just to be sure that I would receive it prior to my boss retiring as it has moved to a day sooner than the original date. Since I received an email saying: We are showing that your order should be shipped tomorrow. Once it has been sent, you will receive an updated email providing the tracking information which will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
I have contacted them twice yesterday (cancel my order) and once today and have not received anything back.
