I agree with all the other reviews…Terrible company
I agree with all the other reviews here. I received a mouldy gift basket last Monday. My very generous friend had ordered it on the 7th February and it arrived on the 17th Feb. I contacted Hazeltons via on line chat and emailed photos and details of the damage and have had an automated email back saying they cant refund or help as I complained after 5 days of receiving the gift. This is complete scam as I emailed and have a transcript of the on line chat 12 hours after receiving the manky goods. I have also tried to contact their sales line but have been unable to reach a real person and have left 3 voicemails for them to call me back. Disgusting service and a terrrible company.
