BAIT AND SWITCH BUYER BEWARE I ordered on 5/6/20 in before the deadline to ship same day. Paid almost $40 for FedEx 2day which was fine because they confirmed they could deliver on 5/8/20 while placing the order. Instead of shipping 5/6 they let the order sit and shipped it 5/7 and then instead of 2 day they sent it regular UPS ground which probably ran them around $10 - nothing near the $40 for 2 day and it isn't arriving until the 11th. Could have been a simple and easily fixed mistake but after customer no service didn't reply to my first email I sent a second one and they replied with blatantly false information, made no apology, and simply didn't care that they completely ripped me off. I'll be disputing the full amount asap. After contacting them twice and explaining the full situation this is the only reply I've received: Hi Patrick, The order was hipped on the 7th and two business days will be thee 11th.
