Water Plus Reviews

We recently experienced a challenging situation when the management of our apartment block was transferred from the previous company to a new one. Unfortunately, the outgoing management company refused to provide any utilities information, which left us in a very difficult position. Remaz, from the Sheffield Office, stepped in and immediately took ownership of the issue. From our first interaction, she was professional, approachable, and clearly very knowledgeable. She took the time to understand the background, gathered all the relevant details, and worked tirelessly to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Thanks to her persistence and expertise, we were finally able to get the information we needed and move forward. Her calm and friendly manner made the whole process far less stressful, and we truly felt like she was on our side every step of the way. We’re incredibly grateful for her support and can confidently say that Remaz is a real asset to her team. Thank you again!

Representative was helpful

Michelle listened to my issues and did her best to resolve the situation. It's such a shame when large corporations like United Utilities sub contract work to smaller companies (Water plus) and make life very difficult for them to resolve issues.

The lady I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable. She sorted my account out straight away, all done in one quick phone call. She is a credit to WaterPlus.

Very clear and helpful

Very good service

Having had great difficulty with meter readings and bills, over a number of years, it was such a breath of fresh air to be dealt with by Louise Griffiths. Louise confirmed our account was closed gave me the correct outstanding amount and immediately put my mind at rest. Water Plus had sent me a bill of 0ver £16000 for an account which monthly was normally less than £15. Louise you are a star. Many thanks Steve

Paula Was very helpful and kind, thanks

This lady was amazing! Pity there’s no option for 10 stars 🌟 because she thoroughly deserves it. She helped me trying to do IT ( I’m old school not understanding modern technology) but she was so patient and supportive 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The person I spoke to was excellent and very helpful

I am absolutely appalled by the level of service from Water Plus. For the past several months, I have been harassed with repeated letters demanding payment for a property I vacated over six months ago. Despite notifying them of this multiple times and providing all the relevant information they requested, the letters have not stopped. What’s worse is that the information in the letters is consistently incorrect, and every attempt I’ve made to get a response or resolution has been ignored. I’ve submitted all the documents they asked for, yet I’m still being chased for a bill that is not mine to pay. This has caused needless stress and wasted time, and it’s completely unacceptable. Water Plus’s failure to update their records or even acknowledge my communications shows a total lack of professionalism and basic customer care. I strongly urge anyone thinking of using Water Plus to think twice. Based on my experience, they are disorganized, unresponsive, and seem more interested in sending threatening letters than resolving genuine customer issues.

Poor customer service Trying to bill me for premises I don't and have never occupied, I have spoken to them and e-mailed them explaining that the bill isn't mine and they promise to sort it out, I am still receiving demands for payment and threats to cut the water off (not that it would affect me it isn't and never has been my building). This is just really annoying that I am being pestered every week. if you have a choice avoid them

Spoke to Hans regarding our business account. He was very helpful in changing over the account in my name and also dealing with a water meter that was taking readings correctly. He took his time and clarified any points I wasn’t sure of.

The call handler was patient, listened and explained everything fully. Whilst there are still issues I need to check from perspective, I couldn't have asked for more information the response I received.

Got the answers and help that I needed.

I spoke to Julie in Customer Services about a query on my latest invoice. She provided me with a detailed explanation of the bill and the reasons for the breakdown of charges. I was totally clear on why I would be paying this amount - my query was cleared in full. I was impressed with the level of customer service, which I received from Julie.

Great no problem at all

Very kindly and very helpful.

Paula was very helpful and polite. She solved my problem promptly and efficiently.

The lady I spoke to was very helpful and informative. I hope our water meter leak is fixed quickly
