Poor customer service
Poor customer service Trying to bill me for premises I don't and have never occupied, I have spoken to them and e-mailed them explaining that the bill isn't mine and they promise to sort it out, I am still receiving demands for payment and threats to cut the water off (not that it would affect me it isn't and never has been my building). This is just really annoying that I am being pestered every week. if you have a choice avoid them
