Grateful for Remaz’s Help During a Difficult Transition
We recently experienced a challenging situation when the management of our apartment block was transferred from the previous company to a new one. Unfortunately, the outgoing management company refused to provide any utilities information, which left us in a very difficult position. Remaz, from the Sheffield Office, stepped in and immediately took ownership of the issue. From our first interaction, she was professional, approachable, and clearly very knowledgeable. She took the time to understand the background, gathered all the relevant details, and worked tirelessly to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Thanks to her persistence and expertise, we were finally able to get the information we needed and move forward. Her calm and friendly manner made the whole process far less stressful, and we truly felt like she was on our side every step of the way.
