Water Plus Reviews

I recently had an issue regarding a payment, and I’m pleased to say that Paula handled it efficiently. She was both friendly and professional throughout the process, and her support made resolving the matter quick and stress-free. I truly appreciate her excellent service.

Terrible, not surprised its capita running it the staff said, guy didnt know what he was on about at all. They've gotten rid of loads of their staff anyway, disgusting outsourcers.

Took longer than expected to switch over to these guys and then they started taking monthly direct debits at twice the agreed contract rate. They got the company name and company address wrong too. The first time I emailed them I was informed that they could not find our contract! Have had no response to subsequent emails sent to them with copy of the contract. Looks like I am left with no alternative but to cancel the direct debit to see if that initiates a response.

We had a water burst in December and after a lot of toing and froing with WaterPlus they came up trumps!

For the first time in 2 years I spoke to a norther lass! She was so helpfull and supportive unlike all other contact over the last two years. She should be in charge pronto.

Dear water plus. Customer Service Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent customer service experience. I had an interaction with one of your representatives named Vishala, and unfortunately, it was extremely disappointing. During our 45-minute call, Vishala was rude, unhelpful, and made the conversation unnecessarily stressful. Instead of providing solutions, her responses added to my frustration. To make matters worse, the call was abruptly disconnected without any resolution. I later spoke with another representative who was able to resolve my issue in just five minutes—this highlights the fact that the problem was not complex, but rather mishandled. I kindly urge you to provide further training to Vishala on effective communication and customer service etiquette. No customer should have to go through such an unpleasant experience when seeking help. Thank you for taking the time to address this matter. Sincerely, Rajasekar

All the questions were answered clearly. Several issues were resolved amicably. Very Happy with the service. Customer representative was very professional.

We have had quite a few problems resolving issues over the last few weeks at our business and have had to speak to lots of different people.Jordan picked up my call today and was absolutely fabulous. He kept me on the phone on a conference call as he called all different departments and companies to get the issue resolved. Wonderful service. He is an asset to your company

Extremely helpful with setting up my new account , exceptional customer service. Very very happy

Absolutely disgusting company and service . As has been said many times by people , customers are harassed by letters , staff either ignore requests or tell lies and never call back when saying they will, they seem to have a policy to wear you down ! I can honestly say in forty five years of business I have NEVER met such an incompetent bunch of people and company in my life. Heed my warning DO NOT USE WATER PLUS you will regret it .

The agent I spoke to was super helpful. She managed to resolve all the issues and take down all the information needed. She was polite, professional, knowledgeable and kept me in the loop all the way through the process.

Had a very complex issue regarding a change of tenancy. Ikenna was brilliant, patient and stayed on past opening hours to ensure the issue was fully resolved! WaterPlus website is very easy to navigate, prices are competitive. Overall a very good utilities supplier compared to the others.
