Complete scam send me different ,damaged psvr2 dock and now not responding in case of replacement. Avoid this scam shop at all cost. All products sold by this seller don't have original sony warranty.

I am talking from Pratik (Surat). I had placed order for GD30 game stick on 17th may-2025. The order number is 143998. The order was submitted to me on Friday 23May2025. After that, the game stick did not work, so I called customer care on Saturday 24may2025. So they said that we will pick your game stick on Monday and then complete it and return it to you, but not pickup Monday. Monday passed, Tuesday passed, Wednesday passed, Thursday passed and today Friday. Even though it is Friday, no one has come to pickup the game stick yet. Now we call customer care, they do not received call and no answer. Happy Gaming World only gives false promises, and no one come to pickup and no answer.

UPDATE: I am editing this because they have been calling me to change the review. Since I wrote the review, they have given my money back. But they took money from me based on an "In Stock" mentioned on the website, sat on my money for more than a month and kept lying throughout, and finally tried to upsell. So everything I wrote below holds good. This is a complete fraud company, do not do business with them. My wife and I ordered an XBox Series X from them on April 10, paid extra for rushed delivery (order number 141446). At the very outset they said the extra rush payment was useless, and applied only after dispatch (none of this was mentioned on the site). They then kept delaying the delivery, and every time we asked, they said 10 days more. Finally, after making us wait for a month and a half, they said a higher (much costlier) version was available. When we refused, they said they will refund because there is no stock. They haven't initiated the refund yet and are now dodging our calls and messages. By the way, the website still shows the product available, which is more fraudulent behavior. Will take legal action if they do not return the money soon, but needed to warn people in the meantime.

My Nintendo Switch OLED Zelda edition came to me safely and quickly! It is absolutely stunning to look at and it works perfectly (so far, as i only received it today) 👌🏼 very happy with my purchase! I have been trying g to contact hggaming for past 15days. But no one is responding the calls or messages. I bought new modded nintendo swith oled from them. My requirements was about 30 pre-installed games of my choice but what I got was nothing like that. They put the games of their own choice. Very late dilivery. Still I was like ki theek hey atlest they'll tell me how to download and install the games in it both that I can do it my self. But no, after the purchase there is zero response from the. The worst experience i had till date. Not the switch is just sitting in the corner of my room. Cant pay it because there are no games in it that I can play.

Edit: They have resolved the issue of refund this time without excessive delay. Therefore, I am changing my rating from three to four stars. The single biggest reason for frustration an online customer of Happy Gaming World (HGW) can be their horrible after sales support. This is not to discredit HGW completely by saying that they do not care. They do care. In fact, their technical support staff, Mr Rupnarayan Ojha, is very soft-spoken and supportive. However, resolutions to issues come after inordinate delays, EVERY SINGLE TIME. I have had multiple instances of delay in my case. In the first instance (faulty PS4 controller), I was told that it was on account of a staff member being on medical leave. The whole episode took a little more than a month to be resolved. But yes, it was resolved. And they also shipped a second controller as compensation. In the second instance, the refund for shipping back a hard-drive (which was supposed to contain all the games that I had requested as part of my actual order but wasn't sent) was issued after 20 days of multiple messages and calls. In the third instance (sending back of a hard-drive to get back my security deposit), which is now, the cycle has begun to repeat itself. It's been 2 days since they have received the second hard-drive but neither have I received any response to my messages nor has any refund been issued. I fear that it will be another fortnight of follow-ups before anything happens. Should you buy from HGW? -------------------------------- If you live close to their physical store, then yes. In-person visits should speed up the resolution process. However, if, like me, you live away and only have access to their online store and support, it's best not to purchase anything with them. Anybody who has anything worthwhile to do in their life should not be spending so much time on fixing things that shouldn't have been broken in the first place. What's the easiest way to get a response from HGW? ------------------------------------------------------------ In my experience with HGW, and looking at those of others here, sharing your legitimate concern here along with a corresponding rating is the only foolproof way of making the customer support team to do something. Otherwise, I do not think the team has enough manpower or a proper system in place to handle the volume of queries they receive.

Fraud. Did not send any games Update : I tried again after the reply. But these frauds have no intention of doing anything - they just keep sending more lies and not responding to anything. Don't buy from these scamsters

This is a fraudulent company. They have huge inventory of broken and dead products to ship only after you pay the money.

This is a big disappointment before buying a product. I have ordered R46S with advance amount of 540 (including faster delivery charge) , I have been trying to reach them on WhatsApp for an update but no one give response. I haven't got any shipping details yet. Neither on website not on email. I am now very sceptical about this website , not sure if I will receive the product or not , not sure I will be able to claim the warranty i have opted for. If anyone is reading this from happy gaming world please cancel my order and refund my advance amount. If this is the scenario before getting the product in hand , I am sure there will be more to go. After 2 calls with the customer care it's been said that I will receive the product by 5th May but after checking the tracking number , it doesn't seem like it will be delivered on this date , it's yet not picked up and today is 5th May. I have been asking cust care to cancel and refund but they are not doing it. This is horrible. I am attaching all screenshots. It's not at all recommended to buy product from this website. I need a refund on my product and cancel my order I got your reply. As discussed on call please rectify your website information and mention the priority delivery is excluding weekends as you mentioned on call. There are some definite lag from your end 1. No one replies on the WhatsApp number provided. Being a customer i don't care if that person is on holiday or sick. It's your responsibility to get someone to reply on that whatsapp chat. This kind of lag lead to a trust issue. 2. If a customer calling to the customer care number that may be for once , if you are not picking up the call , it's your responsibility to call back in an hour or 2. I hope this kind of lag should be taken care by the management. I will wait for my refund and definately will shop next time if all looks good

I bought an Xbox 360 + Kinect from Happy Gaming World. Within just a month, the Kinect sensor stopped working—even though it came with a 1-month accessories warranty. I've tried contacting their support multiple times—calls go unanswered, or the line stays busy all day. There's been absolutely no follow-up or assistance after the sale. Their after-sales service is completely unreliable. If you value support and accountability, I’d strongly recommend being cautious before buying here. Order #140611
