Fake Services, Sent me a trash PS4 controller with tons of scratches and L2 trigger isint even working. Had to buy a new controller because they refused to repair the controller. After researching I found that L2 trigger ain't working will all other pre-owned controllers from hg world. Stupid company. Never gonna buy anything ever again

False advertising and they delete negative reviews and ignore it. Seem like bunch of fraudsters

Updating the review, believe most of the review here are paid reviews, the seller might be focusing on offline service and sales.. online orders are taking ages and still not delivered to me. Tried reaching the contact provided no answer most of the time, no reply over messages. They are maintaining false inventor online even if they don’t have the respective product for which they are accepting only online payments. Complete fraud service online, don’t fall prey to this trap and try buying locally or trusted websites. I am still following up for my refund but no response as my order is not delivered since 6th Sept 2024 Website shows cod, seller doesn’t process cod orders, it stays pending

I ordered an instant gift card but it's been 3 days but still the instant gift card has not arrived, I told everyone here, don't even buy anything from such fraud people, these 2-4 children together made a website. And that's called happy gaming

Overall satisfied! Had bought a PS5 as well as extra controller.. faced few glitches with games & controller as well however it was all sorted satisfactorily but Rupnarayan Ojha.. he is very professional & takes responsibility of all issues.. customer support could be faster but overall it's good & recommended!😊

Edit : i got it back after 2 months back. Wrost company to purchase anything. Their support system is fraud. My quest 3 stopped working which is in warranty i had raised my request on 28th June it's been 45 days still haven't got it fixed. They took 8 days to arrange pickup. 2 week checking at their center, then saying it's at meta customer support from last week. The support person doesn't pick up calls, never call back, no reply what's app & email. I literally have no idea where my system is, what was wrong with, what they are doing to fix it. After 10 calls the guy picks up & say call next week, surely we will get it delivered. Listening same from last 2 weeks. The least i ask is to update me & be transparent, i have purchased a 50,000 product & they'd how they treat after sale. I had heard good about the company but from next a vendor near me is much better than you guys.

HG gaming world is not good. BUT DTDC Service is very bad my order stuck in transit and hg gaming world tracking assistance shailesh did not pick my call and message. I Ordered ps4 pro before 5 days I haven't received my product yet.

Dis is fraud company it gives imported dublicate products don’t buy anything from here this is a fish market dis company should be put fire .and service also not gud

I ordered a ps4 , even I choose to COD we have to pay 500 rs + 380 flight delivery charges. That's all. After payments he takes 1 month and still no product dispatch from there side . They have only one answer that we have some problem and the product is not ready again wait for 3 to 5 days . And the same thing is repeating and repeating. And when I ask him to cancel my order and revert my payment they clearly decline. Now I have loss my 880 rs.

I am recently purchased ps4 slim console including 48 games, console is good but All games are locked and lunching, and also i am not connecting to internet, waste of money

I had ordered 2 consoles. One being a gamebox 11 pro and the other being a R36S. The gamebox wasnt working, hence I had to get it replaced. Although the entire process of pick up and return took a month, it was nevertheless completed successfully. Roop Ojha was really helpful during the entire process. I trust the website now, and intend to order again from there.

I had bought a PS3 earlier from HGWORLD and it is still working smoothly. I recently bought a PS4 from HGWorld in April 2024, initially it was not working properly but the support staff especially Roop Ojha helped a lot and rectified the issues who had eventually made my experience better. If I was an employer, I would surely give a raise to Roop Ojha.

I have bought 2 ps4 and gaming accesorries overhelmed by the service, best gaming platform to buy games and especially Roop Ahuja best guy best servuce top quality service provided by Roop ahuja just go for it

Most terrible product I have ever seen I have waste my 1300 rupees the company also know that this game is very bad that's why they not return the product Just provide replacement facility

Very poor after service, the man handling the phone no of this so called company has very little knowledge about the product. He told me that once the product is delievered, there is no guarantee of the company. All the fancy words they put on their website is just for misguiding innocent people. I purchased gamestick from this site and most of the game are not running, He asked me to search google.So ........ just keep it with u. Think twice before buying anything from hg gaming world

Its all about totally worthless the customer service and their all product are use less they are very rood to answer the customer and they told lie to customer about repairing and no work on really done they told me one week about reparing my xbox but now it had been two and half months seens i have hand it over to them worthless
