I've given them my ps3 for repairing. its been 3yrs since then they are not replying to my calls or messages. also others you see are from their own employees. i'm going to case against them in consumer court cause i have all the proofs.

Your company sells PS5 40 games bundle which include games which require internet but in the product's about section you tell not to connect to internet,but all those games require internet to play how can people play them without internet?

I bought a brand new PS4 with 16 preloaded games from HG World last year, and I was very happy with the service. They offer a great 'check and buy' option, where we can order the console by just paying 500rs, and the rest can be paid on delivery. I even bought one pre-owned console, and it was excellent. Moreover, they provide extended warranty services at a minimal cost, which is like the cherry on the cake.

I have recently bought one Nintendo Switch OLED from HGW. 1. Product was genuine. 2. Delivery was swift. 3. Brand new product with all genuine accesories. 4. Shipped th sqm day of purchase. 5. Owner Ankit's behaviour was great and comforting. 6. Price was also cheapest in the online market. 7. Over all extremely happy with the purchase. One suggestion: Please discuss with the courier partner for improving courier Handling. As the box was damaged at a corner rest inside products were absolutely fine.

Got a Quest 3 512 GB delivered in just 2 days. Best prices I could find online in India for a 512 gb variant were on HGworld.

Bought a PS5 controller from HG World. After 3 months the controller started drifting left. As the controller was within Warranty period, I contacted HG world Service guy. Couriered the Controller to HG World on 19th October, 23 for replacement. Yesterday was 5th November. I was supposed to receive it by yesterday but still not got it. Now the Service person from HG World says that I will get it by 25th November. That too they are not sure. Does it take 30 days to replace a controller? Facing worst service here. It's easy to purchase but if your product malfunctions, please be ready for the world of pain to get things serviced from HG World.

Worst experience. I purchased ps4 Fat along with the game installed 2tb when I first order got the defective product which was freezing while playing the games. After raising a complaint on this portal they contacted me. And assured me that they will replace the product and also give me an extra gamepad and i got 1 extra gamepad for free. The extra payment i made was for warranty and additional games. 1 year extended warranty i had purchased . They even told me that if I want to get extra game then it will charge 200 per game as the only thing I need to do is to send them the external HDD which they had sent me along with the game. After few days of playing games the replacement product was working good but after few days the gamepad was not working properly so I spoke with Roop and he said nothing to worry I just need to send the gamepad also i need 1 game. So he told me to send the game HDD and defective gamepad. Which I did sent . It's been 2 weeks now I had already sent and they had received the game HDD and gamepad but there is no response on that . They don't answer the call or even have courtesy to reply to my msg. So After all the bad experience I'm once again raising complaint in this portal . I hope they will improve their service After this if they really looking for serious business.
