Happy Gaming World Reviews

Ordered a hard drive from hg world ,guess what... i am from nagpur and the order is not dispatched even after a month, meri galti ye ho gayi ki maine inpar trust kiya, their WhatsApp number is a joke, ekk chiz acchi hai ki maine PS5 inki service dekhte hue dusre local shop se buy kar liya, warna Hard drive receive karne k baad wahi order karne wala tha hg world se

Actually first I thought this website is good but after paying 500 confirmation fees for PS4 slim that I ordered they tell me that they will deliver my order in 10-12 days but after they told my order is delayed and it takes 7-10 days again I have ordered on 7 june 2025 july has started but I haven't received my order PS4 slim was my childhood dream to buy please do something happy gaming world

Long story short, Don't trust their customer service and their check & buy policy. They won't let you check & buy, and they won't reply to your messages or answer your calls. I was incredibly frustrated with their service. My Experience: I have ordered a ps4 slim version with additional one year warranty from them with custom loaded games on 24th May and paid the initial deposit, but my order has been dragged through till 25th June. Other than the initial confirmation call which was answered perfunctorily after some 10 or so messages and missed calls, they never answered me ever again till 10th june on which I got an automated message saying sorry for the delay and my device is being prepared and I would receive it soon. I have called them and messaged them yet again to get the status and remind them regarding my custom games selection, but no response again. I even requested at least to send me a working snapshot of the device which again went ignored. All of this has been bugging me the whole time, but I still trusted their check & buy policy, which was the reason I have ever ordered from them. I got the call from xpressbees their delivery partner on 24th June and I promptly reminded them that I would check the contents of the package. They denied the request and said that the order was not a open package order and they won't allow me to check the package. I requested the delivery service to wait for a while and once again called and messaged hgworld service multiple times only to be ignored. At this point I was completely fed up. I spoke with the regional mangager of the delivery service and postponed the delivery by one more day to try my luck finally to see if I can get some kind of response from hgworld. But nope, they never responded. Mean while the next day the delivery service people called me multiple times during which I requested the same and they denied it even after I offered them to pay for the open package service. They finally just asked me to come and pick the order if I needed it and at this point I finally let it go and refused to pick it up. They lost my trust completely and I am not taking a risk to buy from someone with such pathetic service. I am sharing this here as the whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and emotionally exhausting and I hope no one else goes through the same.

Nice games superb

It's been a month since I purchased my Xbox Series S from Happy Gaming World, and after a solid month of good usage, I'm happy to write this review. Despite being listed as "without original box," the console arrived in new and pristine condition—exactly what I was hoping for. I've spent considerable time gaming on it and happy with it as i am just a casual player who enjoys mostly old games. For anyone considering a purchase from them, I can confirm: they do deliver xd! A particularly thoughtful detail was the inclusion of two power cables. Since my Xbox was a US version i suspect, they provided both the American cable and an Indian outlet cable. This is incredibly convenient, as it means I don't need to buy an extra cable when moving my console between rooms. Overall, I'm a very happy customer. Happy Gaming World delivered a great product and added a helpful touch with the extra cable.

Best hand held console right now the price was competitive here. thus why I bought it for happy gaming world I picked up it in person.

Fast prompt and professional. Best price ratio compared to Amazon.

I loved the way they responded while purchasing an item, timely updates well mannered responses..though we ask them silly questions we get good responses everytime..timely tracking in the website after shipping the product(Even the shipment website didn't gave that detailed tracking),Don't go with negative reviews..if u don't trust just opt COD and check the product and then pay the amount which can build the trust btw seller and customer...even I hesitated to buy the console and I also paid full amount to seller...where i doubted for some days...I mean I was in a state of mind where I will receive a original or duplicate console...but I received a brand new peice (XBOX series s)...I can say happy gaming world is one of the best seller for gaming lovers.Hope this positive rapo continues with all the customers and built a trustworthy relationship and wishing u very good luck 👍☺️

Best gaming experience thank you for happy gaming world

Do not buy any product from this company. They scam the customers.I had ordered a ps4 and paid 19000 online and since 1 month I have not received my product nor they are receiving the call. Do not believe on the reviews in google. It is manipulated and cheating with the customers.

I just purchased meta quest 3 from flipkart and it is amazing. No delay in delivery and awesome product

Happy Gaming is good

V good product

This is an absolutely fraudulent company. I ordered Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 Gold Edition from their website. Instead they gave me the base game day one version. This is fraud of the highest order. I hope their company crumbles and these scums eat dirt for the rest of their lives.
